We had been going through MUCH DIFFICULTY for over 90 days in getting our refrigerator repaired/replaced through the extended warranty purchased at Home Depot when we bought our LG refrigerator. HD customer service got involved and we were finally issued a full refund of our purchase price. We returned to this same store to buy a new refrigerator and were given EXCELLENT help by the sales associate, who went above and beyond our expectations.

The kitchen remodeling associate was extremely getting us started on our kitchen remodeling project. He spent a considerable amount of time helping choose an appropriate countertop material and choosing among new cabinets, new facings, and refinishing. The opted for a new countertop and the refinishing of existing cabinetry. The store associate helped us choose the best cost-effective options for our budget and timelines. The countertop measuring person came to the house yesterday and was a tremendous plus for The Home Depot, very knowledgeable in kitchens and offered many thoughtful options--all of which we're going to do. We are very pleased with the store associate (James McCall) and the countertop technician. AND, all of this started with my first visit to the Spring Hill store, where a "greeter" helped me find grilling tools/supplies. Had it not been for this first intro to this store, I would have gone to "L." ;-) Thanks for asking--You've got a great team, professional and dedicated to supporting the customer.

Great Lawn and Garden center. Wide selection of plants, flowers and trees along with helpful and knowledgeable associates.

Ask for "Arnie" if you need assistance. Really great help. The store was understaffed and it took a while to find anyone available to get the help process started.

The staff there is very friendly. I was glad to see that the store sells Brass Craft stop valves because they are made in the USA!

With the help of a smart phone I was able to find the product I needed. The associate was unaware of the product I was looking for until using the smart phone. He was able to direct me to the right bin containing the product I was looking for.

The store is very logical, and efficient. Personnel are always pleasant. Very enjoyable to shop in Home Depot.

Never had a bad thing to say about this location. Every darn time I am there I am treated well & always asked if I need help. Today, I decided to carry my bags out & was asked if I needed help with them to my vehicle. I said no thank you, I figured it was to hot out for an associate to be pushing a bunch of carts, then laughed. The associate said "yes it is & thank you for thinking of us". I said no problem. & he thanked me again & said anytime I need help to ask for him. If a store like my local Home Depot is so helpful to me all the time, I will do what I can to make their job easier. Ecspecially on hot & cold days. ;)

Rita is an incredible employee that goes above and beyond in her service to the customers.

We were met at the door by a gentleman that continued to help us until we drove away. This man even got on his knees to help me pick out decking boards that were on the bottom shelf. He also helped load the boards when we were done.

Well stocked, they had exactly what I needed for project.

People are nice and store is organized and clean, easy to find stuff!

Duane is always cheerful and eager to help. I always look for him when I check out. He goes that extra mile to make you feel welcome.

I went in the store very early, 7:00 AM, to buy paint. I'm mobility challenged, and the store cart was charged and ready to go. Once I got to the paint department, I went straight to the aisle to get the 5 gallon paint bucket I needed. I needed it to be tinted to Redwood. The associate was busy in another aisle stocking shelves. I was right across from the customer service Kiosk, so the manager called the associate to the paint mixer counter. After she tinted my paint, the manager checked me out at the customer service desk, and I was done. There was another associate who came to load the paint in my truck for me. That's what I call Quick, Friendly Service.

I love this Home Depot for several reasons. Associates are always friendly & helpful, The layout is easy to remember where items are, The restroom is ALWAYS clean, If I need help someone is always nearby to help, the carts are kept in good working condition & I have never had any negative issues or a bad experience at this Home Depot. I have been going to this Home Depot since 2007 & I hope they keep up the great work & customer service.

During the morning stocking, associates use most of the materials carts. Aisles are blocked by product and carts. Associates are not available to help. I did have one associate while pushing items to check out ask if I needed any help. Little late!

Every trip is all ways awesome you can ask anyone in any dept. about a idem in another dept. and they will guide you there and many times will personally take you there. A SUPER, SUPER, SUPER STORE.

The store was very busy, but I was able to get assistance in several departments as needed. And when I needed help with extremely heavy cabinets, the associates helped pull them, load on the cart, then followed me to the front to be sure and help me load into my pickup truck. The lighting department associate also was very good to help my wife and I select warmer light bulbs to replace the harsh "cool" lights we had already installed under our kitchen cabinets. Our kitchen no longer looks like a workshop. Thanks to the great team in Home Depot Spring Hill. Lindell & Debi Agee, Columbia TN.

The store in Spring Hill TN is what Home Depot wants al their stores to be like. The employees are helpful beyond expectation and very kind and friendly. They really take pride in the stores appearance.

We visit this store probably the most, although we also visit Belleview and Cool Springs. We feel more comfortable in the Spring Hill and Belleview stores. We like them both very much.

I have been in other HD locations and I really dont feel I have received good customer service. This store has good, formal, and friendly employees that make you feel a valuable customre.
