Pro help desk to the rescue.
The pro desk was able to help me with a huge order and schedule delivery for the next day. 2 trucks made it out on the next day so we could start the job. Great service especially on such short notice.

    Nothing but lies. Please don’t buy from this large manipulating company. They will Lie to you to get your business and then don’t deliver on their promises
    I’m not satisfied with the way Home Depot does business. They will lie just to get a sale. I purchased a dryer on 12/22/24 and was promised to receive my dryer on 12/26/24. Now it’s 3:45 in the evening of Dec 27th and still no dryer and their telling me it will be delivered on 12/31/24 and they said it was in stock on 12/22/24 Still no dryer.

      DO NOT PRE-ORDER Anything more than one or 2 items!
      On multiple occasions when I ordered lumber or mulch or anything that was more than a bag full, it was either filled incorrectly or not filled at all and I was forced to go pull it myself from store shelves.

          My review comes after my shopping review. I wanted to get some items so I can do stuff myself. I got in the self check out line because other lines were long. Mind you it’s two ladies in the self check out I’m not sure why I was the only one that had to have someone scanned my items in SELF CHECK OUT. Nobody else had someone scanning their items but me I didn’t like it but I didn’t say anything bc I was already tired from shopping around that whole day. Idk what’s going on in the store but let ppl pay in peace it’s so many eyes yall know who’s stealing and who’s not stealing because that’s all I could get from this. Do better.

              Refund time unacceptable
              I bought polycarbonate panels for a pergola project and we decided we wanted a different color. We took back the wrong color, they "issued" a refund and we shopped for the correct color. I went to the front to pay and my card was declined due to insufficient funds. I explained that I had just returned $540 worth of merchandise and the cashier then informed me it could 3 business days. (it was a Friday) I was able to use other funds to go ahead and make the purchase that day and the refund wasn't back in my account until Tuesday. It's incredibly frustrating that when I buy something the money is gone instantly from my account, but when you owe me money it takes 5 days to get it back. It was a major inconvenience to my family over the weekend.

                  Have you ever notice you can find any help at Home Depot these days? And a majority of them have attitudes of ( I don't want to be here), but it does seem if you are looking for help, and you can find an older (look like retired working part time) employee, 9 times out of 10, they will be the best choice to get/find help. Note: My Experience Only, BUT happens on several visits over the past year.

                      I think doing the hiring process there's need to be extensive custom services training,and a brief store tour around to store.and when customers is in the store, ask him dose he needs help,instead of the customers walking for serval minutes
                      Everything I visit this store I always have to look for help.these kids are just standing around.dont even know we're the ply wood is located.

                            I purchased a beautiful flush mount LED light last year and luv the lighting it gives off and beautiful crystal like globe. I purchased 2 more and it flows well room to room and made a big difference.

                                    Employees at this store are more concerned about socializing with other employees and providing the necessary customer service. It is not unusual to see three or four employees standing at the register area chatting while the rest of us are waiting to do their job.

                                          Bulk quantity or less expensive options are no longer carried in the store. They are only available for delivery. This means you wait 2 to 3 extra days for the same item that should be carried in the store.

                                            My order has been at your store for 3 days now. I've been there and called everyday trying to pick up my order. Your customer service says they can't walk back there and grab my order. I have to wait for them to bring it up front. It's going on 4 days and y'all still haven't brung my order from the back to the front. Its paid for why can't I have my order.

                                              I’d rate Home Depot a -0- if that was available. Most horrible experience returning an item within 15 hours of buying it. Absolutely insane the experience. Can NOT get a call through to the Spring Texas store. Had to dive back to the store and spent over an hour a did NOT get the return completed. Still isn’t complete. HORRIBLE way to do business.

                                                Tiffany helped me feel good about my purchase. There was an issue with my purchase, the receipt didn't print but Tiffany explained what happened and assured me that she would call me the next day to confirm the purchase and get my receipt.                                                           I had to wait nearly an hour to have a large toolbox loaded up on my trailer because no one knew how to run the lift . I suggest you get more associates trained on this simple to use lift .
