My husband and I are would like to purchase a storm door. On our first inquiry, Dwayne the millwork specialist helped us to set up for measurement schedule, follow up and communicate with the initial estimate. Upon receiving the email, we went to the store to finalized the purchase, and at that time Terri, who is also millwork specialist, was available to help us. She was amazing, and made sure the details are match and discounts are applied before we can proceed. The whole process of getting a storm door could take time, especially if it's customize like ours. But with the right people at home depot it made our purchase easier. Now waiting for our storm door to install. Thank you so much Home depot!

Great experience during a difficult time. Store was super busy because of hurricane but everyone was super helpful. Special kudos to Daniel who helped me on several occasions. Will definitely be back!!

To many great experiences. I'm a retired senior citizen and as you must know, we move slow and ask to many questions, but your employees are always very helpful, understandable and willing to provide help and valuable responses and directions.

I'm very happy with the care n service

The associate in the hardware department was very knowledgeable on the layout of the store. She was able to tell me what aisles I needed to go to. Nia (cashier) was very friendly at the checkout stand.

Always buy my plants at HD. Many time have seen in season, live plants crammed in carts to be thrown away. Told they don’t have room for all the plants they get. This is ridiculous. Sell cheaper or order less. This is wasteful. Nothing wrong with these plants!

I went to buy some stuff for my garage and attic at this location, store personnel very friendly and helpful, specially the lady at checkout very helpful.

Normally, we are greeted as we enter a Home Depot store but not today. Today, we were not even asked if we needed help. To make matters worse, we seeked help and interacted with a very rude employee named Martha. (Older Caucasian lady) who seemed upset to being approached or maybe she was ready to end her shift but she told us there was no one who could help us in a very rude manner and then just walked away leaving us standing there still seeking help. Never had this experience at any Home Depot before especially not this one. Martha needs more customer service training if she is to be working in the front.

I brought a refrigerator and the service from the team at Home Depot in spring, Texas is great at this particular store. Everyone greets you with the utmost respect and makes sure you’re being helped are need any type of assistance, love the service. The product I wind up purchasing was by LG and so far so good with this product and give me about 6 months and I will come back to update my LG fridge

The staff in kitchen and bath are very helpful- I got my sink and faucet in one stop along with ordering my countertop. Quartz counter contractor was in my house measuring in about 48 hours. It was very easy and I highly recommend Chris Nolan if you need help selecting the right products.

I went to the store today and it was a very nice experience. The cashier Nikki really made my day. She was kind and funny and really stood out to me a great person. I highly recommend this store location.

I have been a Spring HD customer for 20+ years. The Home Depot Store (#0568) has always been well stocked and has great product selection & reasonable pricing. While I seldom need customer assistance, it has always been first rate when needed. I highly recommend the store and the conscientious employees who make shopping there worthwhile.

April the cashier was so nice and helpful.

April was great at the self-checkout lane. She we t above and beyond when helping me with the card reader at the kiosk. She didn’t wait for me to look around for help as she noticed the machine wasn’t accepting my card.

I do a lot of odd jobs around my home and the store usually has what I need. If, they don't they will look at other home depot stores to see if they have the item and then they would call up that store to make sure they have it.

I got excellent deals during the Thanksgiving break. Employees were very helpful and I found what I needed quite fast.

I love the knowledgeable people in the appliance department.

MY HUSBAND AND PURCHASED SMALL PIECE OF LUMBER FOR LAUNDRY ROOM SHELF. THE EMPLOYEE LOU IF THIS IS HIS REAL NAME NEVER ADVISED US WE COULD USE THE HAND SAW AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS BECAUSE WE NEEDED TO CUT THE WOOD TO FIT OUR NEEDS

If you can't figure out that having 7 cashiers on the clock standing in the isles and chatting about non work related things while only having the self checkouts open while you have several customers wandering around the store trying to find assistance is absurd, you probably work at this store...

I bought a refrigerator this month and I'm glad I did.

We were having problems pulling up my military discount on my cell phone and she spent a considerable amount of time trying to help us. She went way over and above what was required and was determined to get it to go through. We finally got it fixed but we just wanted to compliment her for being a valued employee of Home Depot and giving it her all . I hope she stays.

This store has a great feel and attitude. The employees are always helpful and working hard for the customers.

Trying to check out in lumber. No checkouts working. Fortunately an employee loading a truck saw me looking at all the non-working self checkouts and came over to check me out. Self checkouts stink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Home Depot needs to pay it's customer's a salary for doing a cashier's job. Hire some cashiers Home Depot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy with the customer service

DO NOT use Home Depot installation teams for appliances. Their teams are lazy, unskilled, and will looks for any possible excuse not to complete the job. I was supposed to have a dishwasher installed, and they refused it because the kitchen tile work did not extend beneath the appliance. This is not a code requirement for residential kitchens, and very easy to work around, so it shows a lack of work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile. Very dissatisfied, and will be sharing my feedback with as many people as possible to save them frustration and disappointment with yet another big box retailer and their over-dramatic liability policies.

I paid for a door, left it in store over a week and a half ago. Someone came out and measured. No one has called about the door almost 2 weeks now.
