Awesome store great to build a relationship with a company that allows the improvement of the local community. Home depot has been amazing for the lives that are affected by low cost, and a large product availability.

I highly recommend Home Depot Springfield MO for getting all your home improvement needs. Staff in electrical department is very helpful and have good knowledge of electrical. Do not like that Christmas stuff is out by Halloween. Looking for winter fertilizer/weed and feed and they were out but had several Christmas trees, decorations and ornaments.

My cashier was Sherri, she was very pleasant, friendly and quick with my checkout. Thank you!

Try a little harder to have more cash registers with humans open.

I have purchased flooring as well as project items such as plywood and found that the staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I bought Luxury Vinyl flooring and Home Depot beat the local discount flooring store by over a dollar a square foot. The product I decided on was of higher quality than the local store's as well. I've needed to have plywood cut for various projects and each time staff listened to my requirements and the materials were cut correctly. The Springfield store is much easier to navigate than the other home improvement stores.

Great store, always has what I need and help when needed.

I have found HOME DEPOT to be clean, with friendly associates, and many options to choose from for my projects... and ALWAYS the helpful assistance for loading and caring about MY needs. I especially enjoyed my visit to the PRO-SHOP with Briea and Zane Hunter.... they were the greatest!

The help in this store was outstanding. The employees we dealt with in lighting and the cashier were very kind and helpful. I felt strongly they wanted our business. Good job Sherri at the register and the tall man in lighting with the foreign accent. I can't remember his name.

Mrs./Ms. Cheryl was a wonderful rep. and helped me gather my online order very quickly. She also helped locate another associate who loaded my mower in the truck with me! Was a little lighter than I expected!! Haha.

Very friendly staff, they helped me unload paint into my car. The store was neat and clean. And my checkout time was extremely fast!

Home Depot is our favorite hardware/home supply store. Most of the time we are able to find what we are looking for or an equitable alternative. It hasn't been difficult to find a friendly, helpful salesperson to assist us with product location. The only reason we frequent other hardware store is their proximity to our home.

If you are considering new flooring, go to Springfield, Mo Home Depot and find Nikki. She is awesome! Very helpful and patient. She answered our questions, got our quote how we wanted it. Great Job! We are getting the LifeProof flooring installed in the next few weeks.
