Over the last several months I have found multiple items for less at Home Depot. Everything is well packaged when it ships and I have been very pleased with each item. This is my go to place!!

    Extremely patient & helpful
    So I'm on a double lung transplant list and I can't walk ten feet without gasping for air. The employees at the Springfield MO store are the most kindest employees ever. The help me gather my materials the load into my truck. I mean who helps like that anymore? So thankful for a great experience always with the Springfield MO home depot. Everything you see in photos was built with your help .Thankyou so much

      on the fence
      I was on the fence about purchasing an electric mower until my nephew talked me into it. I bought the Ryobi mower and weedeater. I am ecstatic with both! I no longer have to deal with gas, oil and extension cords!!

        The associate that helped me was named liberty. She was very helpful and friendly and courteous. She made my return effortless and just took a few minutes to process the whole thing. Thank you, liberty, and thank you home depot.

          Needed a Weber grill, salesman came and helped us find what we wanted, even loaded in our cart. He took it to the clerk all we had to do was pay for it.

            Poor customer service
            I couldn't find a item that was listed online as clearance but in stock. Home depot employee said he would have to call someone to tool section to assist us. After a 20 minute wait with no one showing up, she asked the rigid tools rep if he could help us. I showed him what I was looking for and he said he had seen it earlier but it wasn't in the correct area. He took us to concrete area where item was sitting on a table by a couple of toolboxes. Very disappointed with home depot experience Maybe you could have the rigid tools rep teach the customer service skills that your employees definitely lack.

              Last week I ordered an item twice on line they said was available was canceled twice. Went through store to pick up tool said 2 in store inventory of had none .

                  This Home Depot had exactly what I was looking for. They have a great selection and variety of products to choose from. Their customer service was very professional in helping me find what I needed. The cost of the product I purchased (Velcro stripping) was reasonable and I found the size I was looking for.

                        Great experience
                        I went in to by garage doors and openers. Not knowing anything about it I was concerned it would be complicated. The salesman helped me out a great deal and made it a fun experience. I got what I wanted and was truly pleased. Thank you to employee HPN678 for going above and beyond.

                            Very Impressed.

                                Misleading info.
                                I bought a air-conditionerthinking it was being delivered by home depot. It was delivered by Fed Ex .They drop it off. If I knew that I would have drove the air conditioner in my car and left it there until I got help to bring it inside. Fed ex doesn't bring it in the house. That became an immediate problem as I could not lift it to bring it inside. Then they gave me the number for a pro person to put it in the window. Well, he wanted 100 dollars! Who would imagine that. The girl said she didn't know what he charged but a hundred dollars for 10 minutes work? Really? So , it's still not in the windows but at least it's in the house. Hope it works!!

                                  When I was looking for my lighted motion sensor, but I discovered this camera and one of the Home Depot personnel was very helpful and told me he had purchased one and he was really pleased with this camera so I was really appreciative of him helping me out. The WYZE Camera/Light works really well.

                                    Had a difficult time finding the right mower, the service desk was truly outstanding in their help. The next morning, I addressed the Asst Manage, Brandon(I think) and he also was truly outstanding and resolved the issue much to my satisfaction as I noted on facebook.

                                      Bathroom remodel
                                      Home Depot is the only store that had the size of bathtub drain and overflow for our cast iron bathtub along with everything else we need for the remodel. Great prices too. We are very happy for Hone Depot.

                                            Terrible customer service
                                            I own a small business in town, and have been shopping at this Home Depot religiously for the last 8 years for my business. During those 8 years, the customer service at this store has completely tanked. 1. If you can find an associate on the floor, they act put out to offer any assistance what-so-ever. An employee actually laughed at me yesterday when I asked her if she happened to be heading back to the lumber saw. 2. The Pro Desk manager is a nightmare. He informed me 2 years ago that I didn’t do enough business with the store to make me a valued customer. 3. The wood is very poor quality. I have been buying as much product from a small business lumber yard as possible because the quality and staff are night and day better. In summary, I would rather drive considerably out of my way, than to give Home Depot any of my business. And for the record, I am part of a NATIONAL ACCOUNT. - A Disappointed Customer

                                                        Ryobi saw for pruning
                                                        I found the perfect size Ryobi reciprocating saw and pruning blade with the help of a very nice young man who worked there. I was pretty much in and out of the store. I considered my trip to Home Depot a success and no wasted time.

                                                          Employee was helpful and cordial and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. She helped in the credit card application and final determination of costs. She also was supportive and reminded me of the features I had indicated I had wanted in the product: frost free, garage ready, size, warranty, not held togeher with duct tape... :-)
