My name is Bill and I am a ... tool junkie. Years ago I was introduced to Ridgid power tools and now I have most of them. Just ordered a Ridgid compact jigsaw yesterday. For a great selection of tools and building supplies, visit their store in Springfield, Missouri and you might just find me there!

Employees set the tone for how well a store is managed. We travel 100 miles to shop this store and have always been happy with the way we have been treated. Management and staff deserve national recognition!

All the employees are great they greet you when you come in assist you if needed and are very nice and polite. Keep up the good work Home Depot of Springfield, Missouri.

If you can’t find Andy Garcia or Michelle in paint … good luck! Most employees are at a complete loss and they’ll quickly prove it.

I shopped the Springfield store. I had both return items and purchases. The associates in both areas were exceptional. Highly recommend this store!

After asking two employees about getting help with the key copying machine and not getting help, I happened to see an employee walk by and asked him if he could help me. He said he could, and he did.

Great experience. Bought some decking boards. The staff was very responsive and got me loaded quickly.

I tried to order 2 appliances online and had trouble so I called the help line and the foreigner could not help me so I went to the Home Depot store and the associate in appliances had the order done in about 15 minutes. He was super helpful and patient. (Edwin)

I drove 11 miles to the only HD in Springfield. The people are friendly and helpful, but I had to wait for an associate to call for help to assist me loading heavy bags of wood chips onto a cart. Then had to go back to customer service to checkout. The walk back to m SUV at the entrance to the garden center was a long way. I had to load my SUV myself. I’m 80 years old. Not a great experience.

We purchased a rolling tool box that had been displayed under a sigh showing $79.99 price. It rang up at $99.99 at the register. Cashier Shelly price adjusted the item so we were forced to wait while a price check was called.

I bought this lawnmorer last week and my wife and I love the John Deer Zero Turn 42 inch.

I had to check myself out. Ridiculous. The young man watching this area was not doing anything except watching for shoplifters.

Have always taken this store for granted, went to another location near Oklahoma and made me realize how much more the Springfield location has to offer in terms of service and supplies.

I was waiting for 45 mins and they didn’t have anyone that could help with returning a tool I rented. So I went to customer service and ask this Old Lady for help. She then goes off on me telling me her job is to do returns and online orders. That Large Sign above her head that says customer service is old and they haven’t got around to removing it yet. We don’t have a customer service department what the F DO THESE PEOPLE THINK is what she said to a co worker as she is yelling at me. The girl who wasn’t 1000 years old eyes got huge and she just walked off. I still don’t know why this old lady hates her job and the customers so much. She also said she’s been here for years and no one will do a god Dm thing to her. I don’t hear language like this on construction sites. And all I ask was how do I return a tool.

My husband and I searched several different stores and out of all this one we was treated like they cared what we was looking for they took there time even though it was busy to load and unload our tile along with helping us with pricing thank you Eli, for your wonderful service and other men who loaded.

Bought a Cub Cadet rear engine rider. First one wouldn't start...even with new battery. Got it swapped out with very little fanfare. Sales Associate was very nice through process.

This is about customer service: In the Garden section I found Julie. She is amazing! Not only did she know her way around the store, she has a great personality. Very charming young lady. Because of her I will be coming back to this Home Depot.

We bought a pallet of drywall here (6/1/24) and from the time it took us to pay for it at the register and them call for a load out to the time it was actually loaded was an HOUR. Absolutely crazy, there is no reason for it to take that long. There was SO MANY employees near the checkout that weren't doing anything, and sure, maybe THEY weren't certified to help, but they could've relived another employee that WAS forklift certified. Once they FINALLY came out with our load, and another person who was there complained about the time we had all been waiting, an employee YELLED at them and said "Then don't come back!...Just leave" and topped it when they said they wouldn't be returning with "Yeah, I hope you have such a great day" in a super passive aggressive manner So to wrap up our cashier was super nice and helpful. But to wait an hour to get loaded and have the load out employee yell at an incredibly justified complainant was absolutely inexcusable.

The customer service we received here was outstanding. Julie did an outstanding job of helping us get the right product for the best price. We will definitely return here for future projects.

Love my Gorilla Cart, 2 wheel dump cart GCR=4W. For me, much more handy than wheelbarrow for this old man.
