Home Depot has been a part of our home since 2013 ,when our home was remodel,we have bought our all home appliance from there ,The Lady in appliance is so friendly and caring about customers and does great job to tell customers what product to buy ,and will last longer.Every one is ready to help.My son 13 pick items and check out by him self,with lady who was watching.

My cashier Debbie was very nice and helpful!

Awesome lawn and garden center. Their flowers and vegetable plants were very healthy and reasonably priced. Very helpful staff as well.

Nesh , at the paint department helped me after another paint employee left me waiting to receive my paint for over 5 minutes. My paint was ready to go but that employee left the paint area to do something else. That employee needs retraining!!!! Nesh realized what had happened and gave me a $5.00 credit on each gallon of paint I had purchased. That gesture made me decide to return and not write off Home Depot and never do business with Home Depot again.

I always like shopping at our Springfield Home Depot because the layout of the store is easy to navigate, the employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. I am a repeat customer!

I can find what I want at this store much easier than other similar stores. Employees are available to help.

It was disappointing that a New $4,000.00 Zero turn mower hadn't been check out prior to pickup 2 days later after purchased. Found out had a dead battery after getting home, & had to take battery back to store for exchange. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived.

I have shopped at Home Depot stores all over the state of Ohio. This store is one of the best. They always have what I need and if not they have helped me with an online order which I didn't know how to do before. The employees here are both knowledgeable and perfectly pleasant in their demeanor.
