I had a pleasant experience in Home Depot today. But I want to comment on another employee of yours, Randy Pitstick. We've talked to him many times and he is an excellent employee and knows your products well. About ten years ago I had a bad experience at the Springfield Home Depot and I refused to shop their for several years. I am back now and have had better experiences. At that time, I ordered several interior doors and the manager would not take my check from my home equity check book. I asked him why and he replied "what if you're in here stealing? We have people steal every day." I have no idea where that came from. I was ordering something not purchasing and taking out of store. I was so upset I reported him and never heard from anyone at Home Depot.

My husband and I live two blocks away from the Home Depot store so it is very convenient and we have had an account for several years. We will continue to shop here as we have not had any problems and the staff are always nice and very helpful.

Every employee goes out of there way to help me find anything or answer any questions.

The store always has very helpful employees and very friendly. Easy check out and returns when needed.

I have to say that everyone is the best here! I am usually seeing Clair Stanton...Debbie Birchum...Tom Conley... Justin Clevinger Jonn and I think Kash is the guy in paint. Kudos to all of you for outstanding customer service. We just luv you all! THIS IS OUR STORE AND LUV COMING HERE!

I needed information concerning installing a chain link fence. Shelley, in the Pro area was very helpful on Friday, assisting with the material list and then sent an email to me confirming the list. I returned on Saturday to place the order and Kelsey in the cashier/service area provided excellent customer service, which is very important to me considering that I am a self employed businessman. My entire experience was very professionally handled by a friendly and personable staff.

Upon entering this store it was neat, clean and organized. I was greeted immediately with a smile and directed to the aisle I needed. The employee in back by the faucets quickly noticed I needed assistance and came to help. Charlie found the faucet I needed and went above and beyond to show me how to assemble it once home so it would adapt with my bidet sprayer that I purchased online. Upon checkout I was greeted by Debbie and she quickly checked me out and asked if I found everything I was looking for. She also mentioned the survey which I was only too happy to take considering my great experience. I must say I am very impressed.

Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store! I will not shop anywhere else. I will definitely recommend Home Depot to my friends and family!

My problem is your rebate why make it so hard to get some savings. I spent 120.00 on stain for my house 4 gals of Behr Deckplus but when I get home to do the so called online rebate GOOD LUCK make it simple you have all my info from the receipt send me my 40.00 rebate it's that simple

NO ONE FROM THE STORE NOTIFIES YOU. YOU HAVE TO CALL THE STORE TO FIND OUT AND THEN ARE INFORMED THEY HAVE NO DIFINITIVE DATE FOR THE DELIVERY OF WHAT YOU HAD BOUGHT.
