When I moved to Springfield I was pleasantly surprised to find a Home Depot within three miles of my house. I moved here from Dayton, OH where I acquired the habit at the Dayton Mall Home Depot, and have had ten years of good shopping here. The people who work at our store are always helpful and pleasant, and I have overheard them on a few occasions talking about how much they like working there. Sounds like a good place to work.

Store staff are always pleasant, and able to help you find items quickly. I've never had to hunt for items --- they aggressively keep shelves organized so that things are exactly where you expect to find them (by aisle # and bay # if you're looking things up on the website ).

The associates in this location are ALWAYS helpful. There is always someone available that has expertise in the area you need assistance with. I have always gotten honest feedback and opinions. The store is well-stocked and clean. We have taken on a lot of home projects lately and this is like our second home. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location.

The employees at this store are wonderful.. My husband owns his own contracting company and he will only buy his tools from.Home Depot. We had an issue but Jim B in the tool department and Mike the cashier helped me out to resolve the issue and help me so much.

Assistance in designing a custom bathroom vanity was amazing. The Design Consultant knew her job extremely well and stayed late in order to finish my order. This was much more productive than a couple of private bathroom design companies I had attempted to accomplish this with.

Good experience recommend this store.

The associates are top notch at this store! I like entering a store a see smiles and hearing hello from the people that are working there. Another thing, I don't have to hunt down someone to assist me cause they are throughout the store.

man in the electrical dept was extremely helpful regarding instillation of the springs that hold the trim around can lights. It was brilliant and something I would never have thought of. Thank you sir!!!!

We have been so pleased with the Springfield Home Depot. We put in new windows in our basement and they had the supplies we needed right away. We ordered online and were able to pick-up the order just a few hours later. They give quick service and are very friendly. We strongly recommend using this store for your home repairs.

The cashier named Shelly is a gem. She is helpful, kind and always has a positive attitude. She greets you at the door and starts your visit off on a great note.

The gentleman in the shelving department was very helpful!! He showed me what I needed and offered to cut them to the size. The gentleman went by the name of Dougie.

I frequently shop at this Home Depot store. It is always clean, has whatever I am looking for, and employees are pleasant. This time my checkout clerk, Debbie, was very friendly and encouraged me to enter the survey/contest. When I jokingly said that I figured they were not worth going through the trouble, she explained how surveys were useful and there actually are prizes awarded. She convinced me; hat's why I completed the survey and contest entry.

I was able to locate two helpful associates to help me do some estimating and calculating for a project. Very helpful. I found that all the items in the garden section were healthy and in some cases unique compared to some of the competitors. In general, all the employees I met were helpful and friendly. I had a great experience today.

The store was clean and easy to find items that others did not stock . Unfortunately if you need assistance loading better bring someone. I asked 2 cashiers, the male cashier told me to go find the loader and the lady cashier with the loader asked if i needed help which i responded yes but walked away after loading a young mans truck with the same item i needed. I ended up loading the 80# bags by myself which was tough on this old guy.
