I received some generous help from a plumbing technician in this Home Depot store. Specifically, my bathroom sink disposer mount had misalignment with the disposal pipes due to a renovation project. The plumbing technician, Mr. Alston, recommended that I chose a vanity set product. The misalignment naturally went away after replacing the sink. He also guided me patiently on how to install the pipes. Really appreciated!!!

I pass 2 Home Depots on my way to this store in Springfield because the staff always seem interested and I'm greeted by multiple staff while I'm shopping and most seem eager to help.

We were lucky to have found a nice Christmas tree on Christmas Eve at the Springfield, VA store. The sales rep was very kind to us in offering a discount on the price of a Christmas tree.

Though dealing with the supply chain issues, every employee I ran into was helpful, courteous, and efficient. The store is clean and ready to serve!

I buy carpets often - two very large dogs. Home Depot makes it affordable.

I have used the services of this sore for a number of years. The employees have always been available to answer my questions & have been very knowledgeable about the products for sale.

Went in mid-day on a Friday for help matching an older deck stain. (The label was worn off!) Store was busy but not overly crowded. ET in the paint section is a certified, top-notch paint Wizard! Very patient, friendly and deeply knowledgeable in all things paint.

This Home Depot is great because it has ample parking and the people that work here are so friendly, real, warm and they help you in any way. Thank you for being real in Covid-19.

Clean and Friendly! My favorite advise store. They don’t have everything but they will look it up to see who does. Or they apologize for not being in stock. Plus lines move fast if you have a line as cashiers are always ready to service. To include express lane.

I bought a dishwasher and the delivery people that delivery the dishwasher said that they had to have plumber come and install a valve and the would be no charge. I told the plumber what they said they would be no charge to fix it. The plumber charge me $250.00 to fix the valve. I was not happy what the charge. Who's right the customer or home depot delivery people.

The parking lot is awkward, but the people inside were so helpful to my mother and myself. Honestly, the cheerfulness, kindness, and coordination between employees helping us could be made into a scene in a musical without much exaggeration. My mother and I were hot, tired, dazed, and clueless, and they took good care of us.

Store employees are very knowledgeable of the products sold. I appreciate the assistance each time I visit the store.

NO ONE SAID THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT. MIXING PAINT WAS A NIGHTMARE -IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO PREPARE AND THEN PASSED OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE. NEVER SAID IT WAS A PROBLEM AND APPOLOGY. STORE NEEDED CLEANING. STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY

Poorly managed store staffed by people getting paid to stand around bs'ing. (With the exception of a couple of guys who work hardware and tools - they've been there for a long time are are the best part of the store). Personnel staffing lumber and building goods can't be bothered to do their job. Paged for assistance multiple times, only to see the guys ignoring the page. Waited between 10-20 minutes, multiple pages by the cashier, only to walk away knowing the item I wanted was in overhead stock - but I couldn't get help to get it. The paint department is also pretty good. Plumbing - hard to ever find someone to help. Lawn & garden - even worse. Electrical is hit-or-miss, as is tile & flooring. Hardware& toos and the paint department are the only ones that can be relied upon.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The stores has most items in stock. Convenient parking with multiple entrances and exits. There are hand sanitizer station at the entrance and exist.
