Clean and Friendly! My favorite advise store. They don’t have everything but they will look it up to see who does. Or they apologize for not being in stock. Plus lines move fast if you have a line as cashiers are always ready to service. To include express lane.

I bought a dishwasher and the delivery people that delivery the dishwasher said that they had to have plumber come and install a valve and the would be no charge. I told the plumber what they said they would be no charge to fix it. The plumber charge me $250.00 to fix the valve. I was not happy what the charge. Who's right the customer or home depot delivery people.

Erica is spectacular! I will go to this location for all my needs because of her.

The parking lot is awkward, but the people inside were so helpful to my mother and myself. Honestly, the cheerfulness, kindness, and coordination between employees helping us could be made into a scene in a musical without much exaggeration. My mother and I were hot, tired, dazed, and clueless, and they took good care of us.

Store employees are very knowledgeable of the products sold. I appreciate the assistance each time I visit the store.

NO ONE SAID THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT. MIXING PAINT WAS A NIGHTMARE -IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO PREPARE AND THEN PASSED OVER TO SOMEONE ELSE. NEVER SAID IT WAS A PROBLEM AND APPOLOGY. STORE NEEDED CLEANING. STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY

Poorly managed store staffed by people getting paid to stand around bs'ing. (With the exception of a couple of guys who work hardware and tools - they've been there for a long time are are the best part of the store). Personnel staffing lumber and building goods can't be bothered to do their job. Paged for assistance multiple times, only to see the guys ignoring the page. Waited between 10-20 minutes, multiple pages by the cashier, only to walk away knowing the item I wanted was in overhead stock - but I couldn't get help to get it. The paint department is also pretty good. Plumbing - hard to ever find someone to help. Lawn & garden - even worse. Electrical is hit-or-miss, as is tile & flooring. Hardware& toos and the paint department are the only ones that can be relied upon.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The stores has most items in stock. Convenient parking with multiple entrances and exits. There are hand sanitizer station at the entrance and exist.

This is my favourite store. Each and every Home Depot employees are very friendly and very professional. I love to shop in this store and I am very much happy to recommend this store for everyone who care for quality products and service.

The store manager Zee was very helpful with the many questions I had in regards to our home project. He is such an asset to this store.

I have always in the years that I have shopped at this location never had to wait for someone before I could ask for assistance. In other similar stores, it was frustrating trying to find someone to help me.

Home Depot has been an amazing partner for our school project of renovating a courtyard. I am a special education teacher who is teaching landscaping skills to my students by working on a school courtyard. I called and talked to a manager who suggested I come in, and she ended up giving us a discount on the items purchased. The employees were all so helpful and kind. I am not a gardener so I had no idea what to do, but they answered all my questions, gave suggestions and were so supportive of this project. One employees helped me research measurements for a shed to make sure the wheelbarrow would fit into it. They helped me order a special 2-wheeled wheelbarrow that was easier for my students to manuever. Another employees helped me decide how to do a flower bed with planks, and cut the wood for me. I even took his photo to show students what a great Home Depot employee looked like. Everyone was so incredibly helpful. There is no way I could have done that without the support and knowledge big the Home Depot employees.

Parking lots are covered. Store is always clean.Products are often available and well displayed.. Employees are helpful and friendly.

The store is clean and well laid out. Employees are friendly and helpful - Mary in self checkout and Tony in appliances were particular rock stars. Both went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Great customer service.

Ur constant changes with regard to ur Military Discount program, and ur disconnected adherence to ur program (one store does X, one store does Y, and a third store does Z, for the EXACT same action), I am forced to shop at ur competitors in the future

My recent visit to this store was awesome had great experience with Jeff in the paint department and Jonathan from customer service, both associates were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am very familiar with the layout and products in this store. The stock levels are good and products are easy to find.. The store staff is very friendly and helpful. Even returns are easy and well handled.

The store associate was extremely rude. She did not say hello when I greeted her, she threw the things on the cart, she didn’t pay attention to what she was doing, and she didn’t say anything after I said thank you.

Like Tina T says: the people at my Springfield Home Depot are "simply the best...........better than all the rest!" Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

Went to pickup a item I ordered online where it said it was in stock. It took 2 1/2 hours to tell me they couldn't find it the item. Cashier didn't apologize and told me I could buy a replacement item that was $50 more. I will never shop at this Home Depot again.

If you visit this store shopping for appliances or bathroom shower doors or hardware ask for Joseph Hight. Mr. Hight is customer focused and will go beyond and above to assist with your purchase. He's knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service - beyond approach.
