We were doing a home fence project and porch project repainting and re stain our fence we wanted to use power sprayer this time as hand painted took forever. We had no clue what paint sprayer could handle both pain and stain. The one we picked out was a little cheaper, but salesman showed us a better item with more power for what we would be using it for, was more expensive but as the salesman told us it worked great well worth spending a little more money, appreciate his knowledge and honesty

I love this store. It’s my new Home Depot since moving to the area with my dog in august. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their respect it areas. From day 1 they welcome my dog and I (see photo) with love and respect. I love this place.

I rented the carpet cleaner before the holiday to get some stains out of my carpet. Not only did the carpet cleaner work it was very easy to use. The employee at Home Depot made sure I knew how to use before leaving.

I had a big order of outdoor holiday lights and accessories. Capri helped me find everything!

It unfortunate that this store has employees in the garden department who lack knowledge and skills to help gardeners. Visiting Garden Centers should be a fun trip given everything you could go to Home Depot for. I just wanted mums and pumpkins, but the folks working couldn't have cared less. I left and went to another Home Depot location. I understand good help is hard to find but no other Home Depot I visit is quite this disengaged and non-responsive.

The girl working at the pro register on Sunday was very helpful.

Bob helped me with my request to get some Halloween off the top shelf and was very pleasant and wound up even helping me load when I was done!

Elliot, a sale associate in the lawn and garden tool aisle approached us and guided us through our purchased. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made our shopping experience pleasant.

Dawn in flooring was very helpful and showed various options. Also helped when I was ready to purchase. Put me in touch with Michele who handled my phone transaction.

This location is by far my favorite Home Depot. The people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help if you need it. Associates always seem to be available so you don't have to wander around looking for someone.

With one visit a couple of days ago I solved three outstanding problems with home repair and improvement projects and purchased lawn maintenance equipment as well. Employees answered my questions and were so nice! Im never disappointed at this store.

If you send an employee to work in the garden area, it would be nice if he knew what a plant was, or was at least willing to inquire on your behalf. The other employees at the time were too busy speaking with each other to help. They had clearly not been trained to do anything else. I was fending for myself without much luck, as were other customers. A little training could change the whole complexion of this store.

Good selection and quality of items, there are areas of improvement but overall it's a good store.

I do not like self check out. I always look for someome to check me out. I also prefer cash transactions!

After visiting the sunset hills location I was so frustrated because the store manager there was a jerk, the cashier was a jerk and the door guy didn’t want to wait in a woman. I went to the st Charles store and these people went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were great!

I found my washer and dryer there my de humidifier , my snow blower, my regular and riding mower, my Tuff shed paint etc.

I always go to HD and never have a problem with buying or returning items

I can always count on Home Depot to have what I need where I expect to find it. Check out is smooth, too.

My daughter and I were looking at the refrigerators, and Laura greeted us and started assisting. Because of her patience with me, a senior, I decided to purchase most of the appliances that day from her. I probably would not because I don't remember anyone as helpful as Laura. I have more purchases, such as paint and carpet for the first floor and basement. It was an exciting experience.

I prefer to shop at this Home Depot store because employees are ALWAYS knowledgeable no matter what issue I am dealing with or product I am needing assistance with. Great management shows.

Walked into the store passed several Employees, got lumber and liked for other products and not one of the 4 employees asked if they could help. Not even the cashier greeted me.

Most of the employees are retirees or people that do not want to be there and it shows with their customer service. It was a struggle getting help to load (3) 138lb storage shelves on a cart. They sent a frail cart lady to help. There’s able bodied men in the store that were not utilized. HD no longer treats people with respect and sees them only for the money in their pockets.

They are always courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I was very happy with my experience. The associate knew exactly what I needed from my description and took me directly to the shelf the product was on.

I purchased a new washer. Fred greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he found what I was searching for. I told him I would bring my wife back for her decision. He offered and wrote the paperwork so I could come back and be able to finalize the purchase without having to do the paperwork again. It was quick, easy and a great experience.

Lynn, Fred and Mike in the appliance department were absolutely great to work with on our washer and dryer purchase!!!

Great customer service and will be returning to do more shopping at this Home Depot.
