I came into this store location to purchase a 16' wide x 7' tall Clopay Metal Garage door. I was told by a HD counter representative that there weren't any available and that the factory had not refilled their stock for this particular door. I was just given a blank stare when I said, " Okay, I want to order the door". I was again told the entire region was 0-STOCK on that door and that I would have to wait for the door to be re-supplied and stocked? I ended up having to drive to another HD Store location in Middleburg, Fl to find someone that could competently follow through with processing this order of a Clopay Metal garage door.

The drawer slides in my condominium were garbage, so I looked around and H.D. seemed to have a good replacement slide. The slides are great, but the mounting brackets are plastic junk. I've already had to replace 4 or 5 of them, I'm lucky if I get 6 months out of the front brackets. H.D. wasn't able to come up with a fix, now I'm trying to contact the manufacturer for a possible solution. ( made in china...)

I’m a New Yorker who just purchased an older townhouse in St Johns. Every time I go into the store, the service is amazing!

The whole experience was terrific! From the sales rep to the installers, I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I go to home Depot when I need specific materials or tools. They usually have a good selection and I am usually pleased there. I hate self checkout. Get your cashier's back! If a store only has self checkout I won't shop there. There are other places to shop or I'll buy what I want on line

Home Depot did their best to make things right. Levelor Blinds use to be a good quality company. Not anymore. Spend the extra and order Hunter Douglas elsewhere.

I had with what I needed and left store happy.

I drive twice the distance to go to the St. John’s store instead of the new World Golf Village location. The reason is simple: the employees at the St. John’s store are consistently nicer, more attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Their support and customer service make the extra drive well worth it.

Won’t shop at this store anymore even though it is close to where I live. Employees act like they don’t want to be there and have no concern at all for helping customers. Products are not stocked. This is a reflection of very poor management.

I purchased a John Deere lawn tractor. The automated system told me it was ready and I went to pick up and it was not. I never grade a company on whether they make a mistake, because, we al make mistakes. But it matters if they make it right. The associate apologized for the concern, then I received a call stating that Home Depot would deliver it to me tomorrow. Way to go. Made it right and I appreciate the delivery. Kudos to Home Depot. .

Never use home depot not concerned with the needs of the customer only concerned with their bottom line profit.

Purchased appliances with the assistance from Bill, in appliances. He had expert knowledge and assisted with comparison of products that helped me make my decision . Took time with me and was not in a hurry. Thank you !

The St John's location rocks. Knowledgeable staff and easy to find items. Other locations not so much.

Stocks are great, associates are always available and ready to help!

I mainly shop for plants. They have a good selection and plants are always healthy

Randy took a great deal of time with us to call .com and get an item you did not have in stock price matched for us even though he wasn’t sure it would work. He was very kind and patient and helped us get exactly what we wanted. You don’t often find customer service like what we encountered when we met Randy. Thank you!!

I went in looking for some bolts. I got most of what I needed. Randy from Flooring walked by and asked if I needed help. He found the rest of what I needed. Great guy!

Love this store! Management is always very polite. The nursery cashier is very knowledgeable and I believe her prior work as a landscaper help her in helping customers.

Each time I go into the store, there is always an employee that asks can they help. This particular time, I was looking for a washing machine and I didn’t need to hunt down someone, Joe came over to ask if I needed any assistance. Great customer service!

Did not have the product as advertised. Customer service was lacking. A lot of employees, but absolutely no one willing to help.

Always ask for an associate named Fran. He always knows what I need and how to use it.

When I enter the best hardware store in the USA, which is always very well served, I feel at home when I enter The Home Depot!

I travel 40 minutes to this location because they have the BEST looking flowers/plants. The Lem Turner (Jacksonville, Florida) garden is the worst!

You had 6 people at register even though everyone was ringing up their own purchases but only one in paint area so service was slow.

I love this Home Depot. They always have such nice employees that are both knowledgeable and friendly. As a single mom, I frequently need additional instructions and they are very happy to help.

We were shopping for flowers and plants. Crystal was fantastic and patient with us. Mike in customer service was also very helpful. Got the flowers/plants we were looking for and had enjoyable time.
