This particular store has come a long way since first opening when ordering inventory BEFORE it ran out or shipping containers had enough time to arrive. The sales associates are much more pleasant and usually do try to help once you find them.... this is a BIG IMPROVEMENT. Store usually clean, but trying to find help is more of a priority for customer satisfaction. Store is large and having to wander aisles looking for stuff very time consuming for those of us who have to come to St. Thomas on a car barge from St John. Store opens 6AM which is great!!!!!! but for some reason, garden center was not open by 8AM and the 2 young men on duty there were clueless, did not move much or put down cell phones, could not 'think outside the box' about how to be of service. They are most likely nice young men because they did acknowledge me... but obviously need some training by store in Customer Service...it will be a skill that will help them in everything in life, so that is the ONLY reason I am bothering to even mention it. Many of our youth here have NOT been exposed to service, goal setting, social manners, etc. Its not their fault but HD needs to take into account that training will pay off in the end at this particular store. Even our public service TV announcements here are trying to improve how employees in tourist industry need to change interpersonal relations on an island dependent upon tourism.

At every visit to the store I am greeted by a smile followed by "good morning'" or "good afternoon" . Associates are readily available and seems very knowledgeable in their areas. I just love shopping there as I almost always get what i want.

I would like to acknowledge Mitcheline (Mitch) for excellent customer service on August 1, 2016. She went above and beyond to assist me and it really made my day. I believe Mitcheline is truly an asset to the St Thomas HD team and I hope she is recognized as such. Thank you!

The store was clean, I was looking for a stove and I found it right away. Took me a few minutes to get assistance but when I got the assistance I was satisfied with the help they give me. I would shop and recommend Home Depot in the future.

It was my wife who said the store was clean, people nice and glad she accepted my suggestion that she go alone to pick windows for our house as long as they are up and down windows with access to wash.

The store was clean and everything was easy to find. If you couldn't find an item that you were looking for the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I always have an amazing time shopping at Home Depot esp. now that I am a first time home buyer and a lover of all DIY projects. My husband and I enjoy working on DIY projects in our new home together. I love the local feel to the store here in St.Thomas. It has a family feel in fact! Thank you Home Depot for helping us turn our house into "our home"! :)

The store is well-organized and clean; very easy to find items. While at the self-checkout station, I needed immediate assistance, and a cashier by the name of Timisa Swan assisted me. She was very busy but still went above and beyond to assist me. She is the most pleasant cashier that I have encountered, always smiling and warm.

I was extremely happy with this store visit.. The store was very clean. products was readily available. My cashier was very polite and professional and thank me for shopping at Home Depot..With this image I will be more than happy to return to this store for future shopping. Overall rating 5 stars

I was extremely pleased with the service and the attentiveness of the employees. The store was also well stocked and the items were easy to find. The prices of the products were also very reasonable.

The services from CASHIER LAFARRAH - LXH6066 and CASHIER NEFRETERIA - NXP426 was outstanding. Great asset to the company.

The store was very busy when I needed assistance in the hardware area, and I approached a cashier by the name of Timisa Swan. Although she was busy at the self-checkout area, she still went out of her way to assist and answer all of my questions. Superior customer service!

We've been working on a project for 4 months now. The plumbing department seems to be out of a set of piping we need because "they are switching vendors." Switching vendors for 4 months now? I ordered all of my parts from the states and had to push back my opening date by at least a month. But not many choices here so I'd recommend the store over shipping anything in if possible.

I love Home Depot and their staff. They are so helpful to me every time I go in.

Improving week by week with less clutter in aisles and great varieties in all departments

The store is kept clean as well as the bathroom. Finding items is easy but when I can't as associate always helps me to find what I need.

Improve customer service. Store clerks should be readily available to serve customers and should have knowledge of all departments.
