Customer Service area gets better all the time. Even the youngest was so helpful and recognized me as a valued customer!

This store is poorly stocked on a regular basis. Over supply on some items and under supply on others. Resupply is poor . Also many products are not tested for quality and you end up throwing them away.

Every one that has helped us has been very service oriented and pleasant.. Khadijah in lumber the both Rosie’s in Gardening and tonight I didn’t get the manager’s name but she didn’t stop until she got all the tiles we needed off the top she’ll with the forklift help… cuddles to all the great help we have been getting in St.Thomas Home Depot…

Store is always clean and well kept. Hi sis, on some items are comparable to those in the states. Store manager, Mr. Thompson is the consummate professional. Unfortunately, there are a few bad apples with very, very poor attitudes and dispositions. However, I would not let those experiences negatively impact those employees who doing their jobs well.

Employees at this location know where their products are!! Return and check out is always pleasant and very helpful. On a hot or rainy days and you don’t have AC, it’s the best place to go to col off or stay dry while shopping whether you buy something or not.

This Home Depot is ridiculous. The employees are lazy & rude. The management team needs to do better and learn how to speak to customers and employees. There’s no reason as to why I should be in the aisle shopping and hearing gossip about others. ESPECIALLY from the supposed managers. There is one woman in there a “Manager”. I’m not to sure on her name but the way she talks to employees is uncalled for. DO BETTER HOME DEPOT!

Compare to other stores prices are way cheaper. You get more for your money.

Not all store employees are attentive, and that has come to be expected in this day and age. However, Mr. Destin Thompson is setting an excellent example for the employees he manages at the Home Depot in St. Thomas, USVI. He has a great attitude and is dedicated supporting the customer and ensuring all questions are answered and they are completely satisfied with their visit. I had a great experience thanks to Mr. Thompson.

Your St. Thomas Home Depot Parking lot is absolutely filthy. It’s never cleaned and get filthier everyday. Why is this allowed?

As a result, I have been in contact with an associate from every department the customer service is top notch. Thanks for making this experience pleasant

Supply shortage poor customer service skills this store has the worst customer service skills personnel i have never seen on top of the shortage of supplies that you have to wait months and months for is unacceptable Home Depot corporation needs to reevaluate this St Thomas store immediately in regards to customer service and supply shortage it is unacceptable especially since it is the only store in the island that services the other outer islands surrounding St. Thomas
