This is one of my favorite stores. People are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The staff will treat you like family!

Cutting cashiers and bottle necking people at the self checkouts as early as 6pm is a joke. I frequently drive the few extra miles out of my way to go to the Gandy store for less chaos.

Home Depot is a one stop shop. You will always find what you are looking for easily in the store. The employees are very professional, helpful and nice; they make you feel special.

I went in to exchange a microwave because my aunt had previously purchased the wrong model. I was in the store for over an hour BUT the customer service person helping me was very kind and helpful during the whole debacle, which made up for how frustrating the situation was. I walked around for 15 minutes before finally finding an employee to help me. They handed me off to another employee who accidentally gave me the model I had just returned. I went to customer service and the person I spoke with called back there, explained the problem, and told them where to find the one I was looking for. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes before it was brought to the front. It was frustrating, to say the least, but the customer service person offered me water and discounted the microwave because I had to wait so long. I wanted to give 1 star because it should definitely not have taken so long to find assistance and get the item, but I'll give 4 because the customer service representative was really kind and did everything in her power to make the situation better.

This store has what you need and is great for quick stop projects. Had a little bit of trouble getting help in the kitchen/cabinet areas. One person doesn't seem like enough for the business of this section. I would recommend hiring interchangeable associates. People were very friendly and helpful when found. Had a bad experience in the parking lot with a left shopping cart. It was pinched in between my vehicle and an assumed larger vehicle. Hit and run situation created a hefty hit on my bill ($4300) and would have thought that a reputable name like Home Depot would have systems in place to record incidences in their parking lot and prevent left carts from being around the consumers vehicle.

There is never anyone on thr floor that you can ask a question. This seems to be every time I'm in the store. Main pet peeve is there is no insentive to use the HD credit card, no discount like LOWE'S they offer 5% off every time you buy anything if it's $1.00 or $100.00. No matter the price or sale they always give the discount.

I received exceptional service today from when I walked in until my purchase was put into my truck. I love the white rocking chairs.

Employees are extremely helpful here! Just be patient and they will give you their full attention when assisting, thank you!

Bad experience with the carpet installation. It did not get installed in the timeframe promised. The first installer was rude and left without installing the carpet.

Convenient store location. Curtis is an outstanding employee. He is friendly, pleasant and super helpful.

Customer service was NONEXISTENT from the Manager down the ranks!

I have sbopped at Home Depot for many years. This store is my favorite. Very, I mean very knowledgeable and helpful staff, and the store is kept impeccably clean; some restaurants could learn from these superb employees. Also, stock is always what it should be in my experience.

I really enjoy shopping at home depot especially the garden dept. I am an average gardener the store is always organized and the staff is always so friendly.

I found the product I was looking for, even, in less price than other stores. The personal services are very kind and work to make us happy. The store is clean and organize. I felt very comfortable buying over there.

Curtis at the key station was AMAZINGLY helpful. I cam in with a particularly complicated request and he went well out of his way to assist me. He was thorough, friendly, and got the job done exactly as I needed it- he essentially created the perfect customer experience for me.

I am a repeat customer at this store, dabbling in Home Improvement projects every other month. I consistently receive customer service of an incredible quality from two people in particular. Jacob, who works in the paint department, is very knowledgeable and helpful about nearly everything in the department. His attitude and willingness to help makes shopping an absolute pleasure. Fred, an associate in hardware, is continually eager to help me with my projects, giving me information on store promotions, tool specifications, and anything in between. Everyone I've met at the store are terrific people, but those two stand out the most.

No one was around when I needed help and when I did find someone they looked at me like I was inconveniencing them to help me locate items, in which they just told me aisles numbers instead of walking with me to help me find the item(s).

could not find a rep to help me. ultimately found rep Cassandra who was rude and disrespectful to everything I had to say and all I was asking for was help in finding an item. I do not believe the entire store is this way. the cashier was great and a timely checkout was given. the store was clean. but not finding a rep to help you can completely make the experience miserable.

Stores layout was simple and clean. Employees were all helpful and courteous. The greatest part of our trip was the fact that there was a surplus of cashier's and floor workers. It made our trip so much faster.

As I have mentioned is other reviews, I like shopping at the Stadium Home Depot. I like the friendly employees and I know I can call upon on them for assistance if needed. I enjoy shopping at the Stadium Home Depot.

I would definitely recommend the Stadium Home Depot to family, friend and colleges. I have been very impressed with the customer service desk, Alice is wonderful and the cashiers like Candace are a credit to Home Depot. They not only help the customers but support each other and work as a team. The employees make the Stadium Home Depot a success!

This store has great employees who will gladly help you when you need aid. I find them to be friendly all the time. The shelves always seem to be well stocked. I come here a couple times a week and have never had a problem.

Had an issue with plumbing that needed a special solution. Jeremy one of the associates was kind enough to not only listen to my need but to take two inexpensive parts to create exactly what I needed. Jeremy was definitely my hero this evening and because this store stays open until 10p.m. this was a visit that truly took the stress of my plumbing issue to rest for the night until I could get a new valve installed.
