I went there one week for a stove light when I walked on I was directed to the right place and I still was lost but a worker asked if I needed help and in seconds I had my light. I went back for some lumber and again the customer service was excellent. They got my lumber and cut it to my exact measurements.

Employees at the Stamford Home Depot transform a chore into a pleasant "outing" by their attitude. My thanks to the cheerful employees who gather the shopping carts, and ask if I need help carrying anything, to the knowledgeable employees in each department, to the incredibly helpful and caring people in Customer Service!

I bought an item on 12/24 for Christmas and tried to return it on 1/28 and was told I was outside the 30 day return policy and could not get a refund. Not only that I was told I couldn’t get a store credit. There was two items I bought that day each one had a different return policy.

I was able to find everything I was looking for, and the employees were all very helpful.

I’ve been to this Home Depot several times this summer. Dwight in lumber is extremely helpful!

Erica turned what could have been a disastrous experience and waste of hours in the lighting aisle into a positive outcome. She went above-and-beyond to solve the problem, wouldn’t give up, and was so pleasant and nice - even as she worked herself into a sweat. Best HD visit ever.

Everyone was helpful at the store and items are logically laid out for shoppers to easily find. Also had garden center area blocked off to vehicle traffic so we could shop without worrying about cars constantly coming through.

Shay Forte in kitchens is AMAZING! She made the whole experience feel customized and really heard all my needs. She also quickly grasped the aesthetic we're going for with our kitchen and bathroom projects. Thank you Shay!

Neat and clean. Well stocked. The millwork specialist wasn't very nice, but you can't have everything.

I had a great experience with the design of my kitchen countertop and backsplash. My design consultant Shay Forte was wonderful. I will add photos when the kitchen is done. I also bought a new stove and microwave. To be delivered...in March.

It’s nice and big store but not enough staff

I had a large online order with some issues. The team were friendly and worked hard to help me sort it out. Every trip to the store has been pleasant largely due to the professional and helpful staff (2022/2023)

I did buy a washer and dryer good price

I recently needed help with an online store pickup order. I called Customer Service and Monica was very professional and very helpful in resolving the problem. It was a far better level of service than I usually expect from most big box stores. Thanks Monica!

I needed 2 cans of green spray patnt. The problum I had , too many colors to chose from. I found exactly the shade of green needed.

One of my return basket items did not come up on a receipt. When inquiring about store credit, the cashier claimed “store policy” had changed. When I pressed the issue stating I returned something in a similar way less than a week ago, and asked for an explanation, she claimed my account would be permanent blocked. This was clearly just an excuse to not run the extra 1 minute of data entry to process store credit. When asked for a more detailed explanation of the discrepancy from one week to the next, she realized she had been caught in her lie. She ran the return and it worked. Turns out, My account was not blocked, and HD had not changed their store policy.

Cashier Jenikea clarke was friendly and very helpful in the garden

Staff in the flooring department were incredibly helpful and personable.

Greg store associate was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went out of his way to explain and solve my home repair problem. He is exceptionable and should be store manager

I have made multiple purchases at the Stamford Home Depot this past year after buying a new house. Every individual I worked with from sales, customer service, special orders and management were outstanding in their efforts to help me. I got to work with some pretty special people! Thank You All!
