Was very satisfied with the service

I walked around and no one asked me if I needed help I found what I was looking for but all the person did was saying yup your in the right location after I found the location. I wound up buying an item that was open due to all the broken and open items still on shelves

I went looking for a plumbing item and needed assistance. The staff in the plumbing department told me to look around. Why did I ask him for help?

Great attitude towards customers, knowledgeable, good disposition to help! Which is great.

Items are always low or out of stock.

On this particular visit, the store was noticeably cleaner and much better organized than I am used to. I shop here quite often and I must say they have stepped up their housekeeping game for sure.

After jumping through hoops in order to purchase a couple of items, I still ended up walking out without the main two items that I went to purchase.

Staff was patient and helpful with my return. The store is well stocked and organized. Parking is convenient and staff was friendly at checkout

Bernard who helped me checkout, definitely did not practice GET. I thought cashiers and customer service reps had the duty of greeting customers and engaging but apparently not. As I was checking out my items and I informed him that I had a tax ID which I use for MY business. He explained to me that this was a “one time courtesy” of him allowing me to use my actual TAX ID digits. Instead he stated at his home depot that customers have their barcodes. Well, I would like to state that home depot associates and management are expected treat customers with respect who actually take the time out to apply for tax ID numbers for their own business use! There is no policy is writing stating that customers need barcodes! And if it is in writing put it so customers can see at all home depots.

I like shopping here for needs. Usually find and get what I need here without disappointment.

Not one employee that walk pass me ask a question or offered any help.

Associate had the nerve to imply I couldn't pay for my items. What a birdbrain. Watch your mouth

i like the convenience of shopping at this location. It's about a 10 minute drive from my house and have a lot of stocked items at a very decent price range. Also can get house keys made at this location as well

Jacky spent 5 hours the first day and 6 hours the second day with helping me with my appliance purchases!! Amazing

The products that I purchased from the store always work well with what we are either fixing or building. Thank you.

I went in for a new bathroom light fixture which I found, in stock at a reasonable price with no problem. I decided to pick up some plants and everything was well-stocked and very fresh.

The service is deteroiating and the exorbitant prices are horrible. The bathrooms are locked in this public establishment. If you gain access from the customer service desk, the Bathrooms are filthy (unsanitary)---Gateway Mall and Green Acres Mall area.

Bought a laser measurer that was locked, associate available within 30 feet unlocked item and took it to register. Quick checkout process

Always a very good location to shop. I have been going there since they put up that building in Starrett City. There is hardly ever anything to complain about. That has got to be a good thing in my book.
