An associate picked out primed MDF crown moulding for exterior use. I did not realize it was MDF until I had cut it. In the future I will review the material composition on my own.

Customer service was excellant. The young lady helping us with our paint when above and beyond to help us. Even went and got us a buggy to carry our purchase to register.

For each one of my projects this store it has been my products provider, the quality of the products, the good prices, the quantiti of alternatives and especially the excellent service to the costumer. that's why I always return.

After this visit I remembered why I don't shop at the local HomeDepot. The store was extremely busy, but there were only two cashiers associates one in garden and one on self checkout, The garden checkout register broke down and everyone in line hade to go into the store to the self check out. The poor lady at the self check out was new and really did not know what she was doing, and no one came to assist her. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to by an extension cord and 8 bags of mulch. The only reason I went to HomeDepot in the first place was for the mulch because it was on sale. The sad part is my wife works at HomeDepot but I still will not return to the Statesville location because of the long waits and lack of associates. The few associates working were friendly although a bit frazzled because of the customer volume. This location should consider having more personal on the line at checkout.
