The entrance through the garden shop is dangerous to drivers and pedestrians. You need to petition Sterling Heights to open up another entrance to the parking lot on Metro Parkway.

The employees at Home Depot are knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with any questions and giving advice on how to complete projects correctly.

I appreciate the easy return process. The better this is, the more shoppers it will draw.

Products and customer service has always been great at all Home Depot stores!

Need. More associates that are willing to help you find items, otherwise stop rearranging the store, because once I know where items are located get there faster, even when ask where to find items less than 40% actually know where to direct you or take you there

if I am in a pinch and need a plumbing part, it's ok. But I have an older house (built 1970) and they don't stock older products. Even needed a 3/8 gas coupler for a dryer and they didn't stock it ( had hundreds to ship). If I have time to research, I usually don't buy at aThe Depot.

We are closer to the Warren location but always go out of our way to this one. It’s so clean, the staff is friendly and so helpful. I actually enjoy shopping at a hardware store for Jen I’m there and I never thought I’d say that lol.

It is hit or miss on someone helping. There are a few that I watch that are always working to help someone. Many times they avoid or stay busy with other employees.

From the guy who loaded my heavy ladder onto the cart, to the gal at the pro desk that stepped over to scan my purchase while I was in line at a regular register, to the guy that w a liked out to my van to load the ladder, this was what I call fantastic customer service!

She is one of the best employees you have. I recommend her to get a raise. She may be feel at home and I have got the deli gold countertop. You remember me she very ensuring that everything will be OK.

I rented a carpet cleaner. Those guys were the best! They demonstrated how to use the machine, how to assemble the parts for converting it to stair cleaning. They couldn’t have been nicer. They greeted me by name when returiing the machine. When I left they used my name again. When I entered the store employees smiled at me and said hello. When I was looking for a certain type of board the employee took me right to the spot. He didn’t point or tell me down this isle he walked right to spot. These are employees who are happy to be at work, and really like helping people

We went shopping for entry door knobs and the selection was very limited, did not see any service personnel to ask questions, and store only had self checkout with one person helping out for 4 self service checkouts. Do not want to go to a store that only has self serve and no service personnel in aisles to answer questions

I usually find what I need, & like that you can see online where products are located in the store and availability. I always go hoping to exercise more discipline, but seem to end up with "buying eyes bigger than my budget". Justifiably, the extra impulse items always do come in handy for getting ahead on the next project in mind that I keep telling myself Ill get to... (whether it be a tool purchase or supplies that will be needed).

I came to buy a snow shovel in February, but no, none in stock. But you had many lawn mowers to deal with the 3 inches of snow that fell. I say too many store chains DO NOT use common sense.

Cathy at the PRO Desk went above and beyond in assisting me. She made it an enjoyable experience.

Everybody I've worked with at this store has been great!

I appreciate the folks who I typically interact with while at this location. Jennifer and Sandy are great to work with, and Jason and Carl are always willing to lend a hand when needed, as are many of the folks that I cross paths with whenever I am at this location. Great job folks!

Usually has everything you need . Not short on items like in some of the other stores. Beware the internet price and the store price. If you see a price on the internet and it's lower than the store price you must order it on the net.

I tried to rent a ladder. I asked for help. The employee stated he couldn’t let me know what kind of ladders were available, that I needed to tell him what size ladder I need. I rented a ladder that wouldn’t fit in my car. This has to be returned and replaced with a ladder that did fit in my car. This process took almost an hour. When I got the home, it was all bent up and unsafe to use. I returned it and was told they have no other ladders available.

The ladies at the customer service desk are phenomenal and deserve a raise! 😃

It’s a very clean store. All the employees are very friendly

Couldn't get anyone to help at the power tool section. It's all locked up, I would think an employee would be nearby that knew how to unlock this stuff. Cashier was helpful, but no one showed up open up the power tools when called. I ran out of time and had to check out with my other items.
