This Home Depot store is convenient and has all the maintenance items that I need. Also, staff is always helpful.

Great store - associates are very very helpful!

I only shop at the Home Depot. They usually always have what I need in stock and have a lot of quality items. The store associates were always friendly and available to help when I needed them.

There was no one in the garden section and I went to service desk for help. The lady there telecom-ed but still no one showed up. I found one in the garden section and she found one for one. After this, I had pretty good experience.

This store needs to hire some help

This store needs to hire more help. I was trying to pay for my carpet order and I had to wait 40 minutes. The one person was helping customers already, and there was no one else to help me. If it wasn't for the fact that I already paid for the measurement of this carpet and life the carpet - I would have walked out of your store and probably never return. One person back in flooring finally helped me - Cathy. Your service desk could not even tell me a better time to come back so that I could get someone to take my money. HOW GREAT WAS THAT? Your need to fix this problem. WOULD ONLY RECOMMENT THIS STORE IF YOU DO NOT NEED HELP AND YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF.

Friendly employees great place to shop

This is actually for two stores - warren and sterling heights. The warren store called to see if the sterling heights store had what we needed. The young man at warren (Dean) had to make the call a couple of times due to dropped calls, but got Cathy from the Sterling Heights store to check and see if she did, in fact, have what we needed, then she put them on hold for us. We went to sterling heights, walked back to the department, paid for items right there and left the store. Great customer service at both locations.

I like shopping at the Sterling Heights Home Depot. The staff is helpful and friendly. i think the staff has been trained very well on customer service and the layout of the store. i shop at this store for most of my home improvement needs.

I like this Home Depot more than the others that are closer to my house. It is always stocked and staff are always friendly and very helpful. Staff are also very knowledgeable and work very hard to make every visit enjoyable.

I never had a bad experience at any Home Depot store, BUT if you want to have the best of all experiences go to the 16 mile Sterling Heights store I promise that you will be very pleased

I have had good experiences at Home Depot in Sterling Heights. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I typically shop at a Home Depot closer to my home. My experience here was so worth driving a few extra miles for better service.

I would highly recommend this store, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, if im in an aisle there is always a staff that asks if im ok, but they dont hover or pressure me. I have never had to wait long if im debating or thinking about something before there is someone that will offer assistance if i need it. The staff here has often gone above and beyond to assist me with getting my needs met. The staff here will drop what they are doing to assist me and to walk with me to the correct aisle if needed. I have had nothing but kind welcoming buying experiences here.

They always do an Outstanding job when it comes to customer service and they hire a lot of X Military People and Good Non Military people to.

DIFFICULT TO GET HELP. DIFFICULT TO FIND SOMEONE FOR HELP IN LOCATING ITEMS. IT'S AS IF YOU'RE INVISIBLE UNLESS YOUR A CONTRACTOR OR FRIEND OF THE STORE WORKERS. BE PREPARED TO BE IGNORED.
