I just want to say thanks to Bryan in flooring, drake and kat for always helping me, the people in electrical you guys always help me, made my flooring choice great I used hardwood floorkng

I'm a very crafty woman, and I see things in my head, but not sure how to make them. If I bring in my idea, I can always find the help and suggestions I need. I recently built---all by myself---a cabinet for my kitchen, as I don't have much cupboard space. It is 7 ft. x 4 ft. I brought my idea on paper to your 'wood' cutter, and he gave me lots of suggestions, and cut all my wood perfect for me. I believe his name was 'Captain Kurt.' Not only was he gorgeous on the outside, but he was most knowledgeable and super friendly.

Brian in carpeting is great, thanks to Milo for bringing my microwave down your the best, Cathy thanks for your dedication and and service over the years, rose thanks your the best you always help me , Dillion your awesome, Dan you always go out of your way to help customers Home Depot kat I pro, you always helped me in the summer and can’t thank you enough, . Drake and kat always help me at night Jakarta your the goat, Steve In Electrical thanks so much, this store has great special employees

This store needs to pay their cashiers and stockers way more money.

Always greeted with a smile and always answer questions as silly as they may seem. The guidance is superb. Many times I’m the wrong way and they fix it.

Whenever I go to this store I always find what I want/need and there shelves are stocked well.

I needed a can of paint for a small project. Emily in the Paint Department was fantastic . . . she accommodated me with what I needed in no time at all. I used the paint on the project and it is PERFECT. THANK YOU EMILY.

Needs improvement period

I got to the store at 5:00 pm and had to order from the pro department. I know they get off of work at 5:30 and Tom from the department stayed late to help me and I thought that was very nice of him.

Although they didn't have the item we were looking for..they pointed out some other options..and mentioned we might be able to purchase online...very Helpful...

The Strongsville store is my go to, they always have ample stock. My only complaint is it can be difficult to find an employee to help with questions.

Shopping at the Strongsville HomeDepot is always pleasant. The employees are helpful and work hard to take care of my needs Thank you HomeDepot team.

Went to the store to look at microwave ovens. Was greeted by an employee, who asked if I needed help. Once I located one I wanted, I located the employee ,Jordan, who helped me purchase the item and set up delivery.

I really love the store and its employees I always make sure I buy from there, I love Cathy at front desk, Lilly at customer service is the goat, drake and kat are great employees, fitz, Brian and Dan have been great and Jakarta is always helpful. Mike in electrical is awesome, I love the store it’s clean and I hope the manager Anthony Santiago appreciates the hard work the employees at night and day work

The staff were extremely kind and helpful! Every aisle I went to someone asked if I needed help.

The employees are awesome, Cathy from customer return has been great to me, fitz is always great, Brian is very great to me, Mike and Dan always help me out, drake and kat are the goat, the tool rental guys are Jason in windows is always very polite, please Anthony Santiago take care of these people

Every time I come into this store the managers are out on the floor and available. You do not see many organizations where managers are available.

Had exactly what I was looking for…fast and easy checkout…courteous and helpful employees.

This store is 1 mile from my house. All the employees are so helpful every time I go there at 7 AM in the morning.

Employees are SOOOOO HELPFUL!!!

Their employee lack basic knowledge and they have multiple just standing around. I was told I need to go to customer service. Then customer service said i needed bath and appliances. Why not hire competent people instead of any schmucketelly

We are updating our kitchen. Everyone has been very helpful with the new layout of the kitchen and choosing the new appliances. They listened to us and worked to give us exactly what we wanted. Everyone treated us with respect.

Cathy Fatica has always been cheerful and helpful to us. She is always smiling and willing to assist whenever she can.

I wish the sales people were more able to answer questions about what I’m looking for or refer to someone that is knowledgeable. About what I might need to fix or install a product.

I have shopped at competitors for years. I will only shop at Home Depot in the future. I have purchased my kitchen floor, a storm door, paint, painting products and more. I am always greeted as soon as I walk into the store and helped to find the department when needed. I never have to search for an employee, they are always around!! Thank You HOME DEPOT!!!!
