We bought a full set of kitchen appliances today at the Strongsville Home Depot. We had a wonderful sales associate named Rebecca. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything we bought. It was the best customer service we received in quite a while.

I had a project go south. Denise was on it! She went through everything and I felt so much better when I left. The measuring was prompt and easy. The ordering was the same.

Employees at Strongsville are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Always count on a good experience whether looking for an odd $10. item or loading car with mulch or buying a water heater for $1400.

I love the people there, Drake is the MVP of the place Jakarta and Steve should have thier own stores to run. Fitz has been appreciated for many years. I also forget to mention fitz so he gets a five star review because of the years I forgot to mention him. Cathleen from front desk explained to me very well how important it is to have your reciepts, I lost mine and bought it with a gift card. She has been outstanding to me over the years. Pergo Flooring added a great look to our extra room on the first floor. Removed the original carpet floor covering and installed the floating Pergo Flooring. Provided a great look and much better ware and tier.

Several times at the Strongsville store I needed help with either finding a product or the best way to use the product I need. On occasion, when the store did not have what I wanted, the store person would suggest where I might it elsewhere. I appreciate that.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and very friendly.

I rented an electric drain cable from this Home Depot. I used it and upon the return they wanted to charge me an extra 15 dollars. The clerk claimed that I wrapped the cable backwards. I told him that I didn't pull the cable all the way out of the chamber and therefore it could not have been wound in the reverse direction. The cable was 3/4" diameter and would not wind in the reverse direction unless it was fully pulled out. He told me that he would lessen the cost to 10 dollars. I reluctantly agreed because I had to get to my house and finish installing a toilet. I left the store feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Bad experience.

Poor customer service noone wants to help you. I ended up ordering products on the website having to spend gas that I shouldn't have had to and gone to 2 locations to pick up my products. I am only giving 1 star because have to this store deserves 0

Definitely think twice about coming here if you need any assistance from the staff. They are no where to be found and if you find someone they usually cannot help in that department. Overall clean and convenient if you are just picking up items from the shelves. Very frustrating and a waste of time!

I came into the Home Depot today to purchase three things. The first representative went above and beyond to try to help me find the filter for my vacuum cleaner which unfortunately she could not find. Such wonderful service! The second person was sensational as well! Tony assisted me in the lighting area finding the lightbulbs that will fit in my light sockets above my stove. The last item was an Attachment to my kitchen faucet. This man should be a trainer for New employees! He knew exactly where to go and where to find this item. He took the time to explain to me how to put this item on. In between doing all of this, he made conversation with me. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a very nice conversation and he made me feel very cared for and that is something that this country lacks with customer service. Typically, we are treated like numbers, like we don’t matter but with Tony it was nothing like that. Definitely businesses need more people like this man. The Strongsville Home Depot has some wonderful employees employed there. Thank you all of you for all your assistance today. I am not one that frequents the Home Depot so I appreciate you making my visit pleasant and informative!

The Strongsville store has a fantastic staff. Everyone was very helpful and were very knowledgeable in their departments. They all asked if we need help or assistances. We got help loading our car without asking for help.

I have been shopping Strongsville HomeDepot for years. Kokki in the paint dept is the absolute best! Using Behr primer/paint products have saved me time and money with a beautiful professional finish.
