The salesman was very courteous and helpful while selling me new appliances,. However, only 1 of 2 appliances was delivered as promised. Although someone change the delivery date, moving it out another week, they did not bother to tell me. Lesson learned check delivery date before the day before merchandise is expected. We have bought many item online from Home Depot and the delivery service has always meet or exceeded my expectations.

Our Home Depot in Strongsville, Ohio U.S.A. is the BEST H/D around. After you go back several times the entire staff seems to remember you and that really makes a big difference when you need stuff from any department that H/D carries. Even the store Manager, Bob McDougall goes the extra mile a minute just to make sure that you are completely satisfied. The Check out staff really brightens the visit every time I have been there (like once each day it seems ).

The store was clean and I was able to find the proper refrigerator and the staff was extremely helpful.

We now prefer to shop at Strongsville Home Depot. LeAnn in particular was extremely helpful in our initial large multiple item purchase of things we had no real working knowledge and she guided us throughout the store and even picked up a special order item from another store. Therefore, when we think home improvement Strongsville Home Depot is the place we choose to come, even if there is another more convenient location at the time, we are happy to wait until we can go to Strongsville location. Exceptional Service!

This Home Depot is one of the cleanest and fully stocked. It also has knowledgeable staffing. The customer service at this store should be a model for other Home Depot Stores. I want to particularly recognize Lisa H. for her people skills towards customers.

Matt Velky is the best! He spent more than 2 hours helping me get everything I need to remodel my bathroom. Offered choices, explanations and solutions to my problems. Very friendly, professional and patient as we walked back and forth between aisles. Many of the employees say hello and offer help as you walk through the store. Great customer service!

This store was clean neat and had the items I needed in stock. The sales person was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to provide excellent service above and beyond.

Despite the fact I shopped for over an hour with three giant cart loads, not one person offered to help me. Thank goodness for MaryAnn (cashier) who helped organize my large carts, even offered me water as I was exhausted from hauling the carts throughout the store. She was friendly and gracious with her time.

Orders not pulled in time they were supposed to be and waiting around for orders that should have been ready

This store is a mess, no lumber carts for customers because they are full of garbage and overstock and spread around lumber and building materials, there is clutter everywhere, lumber and building materials literally looks like a hurricane moved through. Overstock pallets are stacked in front of other product making it impossible to move around and shop. The exit is cluttered with bottled water and regular carts you can’t push s lumber cart out the doors easily. This is the worst I’ve ever seen a home improvement store. Product is a mess on the racks, they are so focused on the seasonal goods up front that the backbone of the business is being left to rot.
