The customers were friendly, helpful and went beyond their duty to make sure I located my item and also tested it to make sure it worked to my satisfaction. The store is stocked with more items than most stores and also cleaner.

The employee in the carpeting section was clearly familiar with the products and was able to give pertinent information about the products for sale. The store was clean and well stocked. I was even helped with the wood samples for my home. My visit was uncomplicated.

Salesperson Oze4900 was very helpful because she was knowledgeable about her department. She was also patient and had a pleasant demeanor.

Even for an early hour of the day I was there, there seemed to have been sufficient staff. And the two interacted with were helpful. good experience.

I have been a customer at this store for 10+ years, have spent literally $6-7k or more over the last 4 years, and will NEVER shop at this location again. Your staff was unable to find an item that clearly says it is in stock. The first employee looked for 15 minutes, then pawned me onto the next person (Margaret), which also failed, and decided to disappear and go on break while they should be "helping" me, leaving me looking for her for 20min. I went to find a manager (who overheard me asking to the employees) at the pro-desk, and was rudely shooed away as he was clearly on the phone.. Complete waste of my time!

This store has great customer service! It's nice to shop for items and be able to get advice from the experts, especially when home repairs are not my expertise!

I check out in the garden center as the clerks all always friendlier.

The associates were friendly, although there were only few of them at the time of our visit ( Sunday morning).. I had to look around to find one to ask for a recomendation on what product to get! The store is clean, signage for the products are clear.

I shop in the garden department frequently, and have for many years. I always look for Rosa because she is super friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. She has helped me more times than I can count, and she has become a friend. Rosa is the main reason I visit the garden department. If she is not there, I leave and come back during her shift time.

Employees are very helpful. There is always someone willing to help.

They refuse to stock shelves. Online inventory will show plenty of items in stock, but the shelf will be empty. No one will claim to know where items are at since they did not work in that particular area. Then manager always claims items are probably sitting on truck, but won't go to check ("just try back tomorrow"). This happens every time, no matter weekday/ weekend, morning or night.

I usually find friendly employees in this store. Found what I wanted, was helped by the lady in the Garden Center who had a tag " Coach" on her.
