I love our Home Depot. Customer Service and employees are always helpful. I can usually find what I'm looking for and prices are competitive.

I Love this store!!! EVERYONE helps me no matter what stupid question I ask, they are always ready with the answers. I am disabled and need a little more help than most. Every employee is patient, kind, and VERY helpful with a smile!!! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT! And, they always load my car, patiently. I never feel like they are being put out or rushed to help. Lol, no I'm not the person that holds them up talking forever!!! Just nice that I could and they wouldn't get huffy.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Store is clean and concerned about the health and safety of themselves and customers.

Very poor customer service.

Due to covid 19 we need to limit occupancy inside store therefore we must line up outside in order to get in the store. I asked the employee managing the line outside why he let a customer jump ahead of us in line and the employee replied by mimicking a baby crying. This employee was a white male in his 50's with tattooed sleeves for both forearms grayish go tee wearing a red shirt that says security. This was very disrespectful and I will not return to this store.

Employees were very helpful and positive despite the current challenges.

Store was crowded with merchandise and people. I went to the aisle where paper towels are located. I found a package there, then as I was headed to the cashier, there were lots of different amounts in the aisle. Because of the pandemic I wanted to buy a good size package. Every single employee was courteous and helpful. I always enjoy going to Home Depot!

I explained the transactions in the survey. I simply want the credit to my VISA card completed and a notification by email that it has been done.

The Surprise Home Depot Store always is well stocked and seems to have lower prices than other hardware stores. I always go to this store for any and all my Home, garden. and building needs. All of the employees are hard-working and knowledgeable about their products.

Great store except for getting in and out of the parking lot

Store was MUCH better stocked and cleaner than our stores in El Paso, TX. Store in Surprise will attempt to help customers when needed and friendly attitudes.

Although the asile are filled with to much end caps etc, the associates are always friendly and to out of their way to help find items.

Very poor service and generally the employees are not friendly although there are a few that will go out of their way to assist you.

This is a horrible store and the employees are very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful and uncaring.

Had a great experience the other morning at the Surprise Home Depot. It had been a crazy morning and after being a little frustrated that I couldn’t find one of the items I was looking for (turns out they didn’t even carry it) I w as greeted at the register by Teeeena. From the get go she made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to help me understand that they didn’t carry what I was looking for and didn’t make me feel foolish for not checking online to check first. I left with a smile on my face and my day was better because of her attitude.

I've always experienced excellent customer service at this location and I've always been able to locate or order the products that I need at a comparable price as other retailers. Product quality has also always been superior.

My cashier Teeeena was very helpful & polite. The staff made my visit enjoyable. I found everything I needed this morning.

Kira was very helpful she has an awesome attitude and great customer service.

I live within easy driving of several Home Depots and chose to go to the Surprise, AZ store because it usually has what l need or directs me to the best HD option to get it. But best of all, it is staffed with friendly folks who act like they are glad you are there and who are eager to help. You can find someone when you need and they will take you to what you need. Picking up what I need when I need it in the most efficient manner makes a difference to my bottom line.
