The store is always stocked, has the materials needed for any home project and William in Flooring is extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful!

Store employees are friendly knowledgeable and take the time to help you ! They are easily accessible through out the store and approachable. The store was also very clean and the aisles have big signs that make it easy to find what you are looking for.

Everything is kind of easy to find. Employees are friendly. When you go into garden areas grab a cart .They don't keep any around. So grab them in the parking lot if you happen to see one! Nice Store Though!!

Each time I go to H.D. I get the friendly greeting and there is always someone close by to help me find what I need. My brother -in law and I just go to the store to see wha's new! We love your store!

Overall my experiences at Home Depot are always good ones. Their customer service is usually excellent, they have a great selection of appliances and home design options, and the staff are friendly and keep the place clean and organized so you don't have to dig around too much to find what you're looking for. I found exactly what I was looking for quickly and we were helped in a timely manner.

Your employees were very kind , and answered all my questions. If they did not know the answer they walked me over to the area where someone else assisted me. I do not have a computer , I live 38 miles away & wanted to thank Q T for his service & kindness getting all my items together & holding them till I got there.

My husband and I have used this Home Depot for many household items. We for the most part find this store has good employees ready and happy to help. We have bought carpet, kitchen Cabinets, paint, windows, doors, bathroom accessories, lumber, Garden items. I don't think there is a department we have not bought from. We are building our second home in the Strawberry area and both homes are pretty much all Home depot built.

Store was full of employees but they were all doing things that should probably be done before customers enter the store. Stocking shelves, mopping floors. The woman at the self checkout was the most rude employee I have ever encountered at a Home Depot.

This store has some of the best employees! Shelly in the flooring dept. helped us with our carpet order, helped us with discounts and made the whole process great. Jaimie, one of the managers helped with some other discounts and spent a lot of time helping me. Can't say enough about the service they offer at this store!

The manager Kam and the gentleman at the pro desk were great! We were given incorrect information, but went above and beyond to fix it. I would highly recommend this store.

The employees, where very nice, just had a hard time locating one to help find the items I was shopping for. Once, I found one I was able to find the needed items. Where it should of taken forty five minutes, it took over an hour. It may of been only fifteens, but that's fifteens that I could of been working on the project.

We have purchased many items form H.D. No matter what we buy, the store manager is always available to help resolve problems. At this store the employees are just plain friendly, and I enjoy that attitude. They actually care about getting what I am looking for.

I went to Home Depot to inquire about the purchase of a new GE Microwave. My sales person was excellent and advised me of the benefits of each model which made my selection easy. The salesperson wrote up the contract and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. My best buying experience of an appliance in years!

What a wonderful experience we had today. We are new to the area, we need a toilet replaced and we need some electrical work completed and we had some shopping needs as well. Despite how busy they were and how hectic it seemed, the woman at the service desk took her time explaining about Home Depot's Home Services installation and about their Pro Referral program for those items where Home Depot does not offer installaton services. She got us signed up and She also gave us aisle numbers for our shopping items we were searching for, making our trip easier. One gentleman stopped and asked if he could help us, he had a TESLA logo on his shirt, and he pulled up the home depot app on his phone to tell us exactly where to go for the water alarm we were searching for and even showed us the picture etc. Another gentleman gently pointed us to the correct row in the aisle where we were searching. Great experience overall.

This is a very busy store, but the amount of personnel working there can handle the volume quickly and efficiently. The process is always very seamless to get the veteran's discount at the self-checkout.

We buy all of the items needed to keep our house in top working order. This store is loaded with friendly knowledgable employees who appreciate our business. We have purchased major items (Two cabinet systems, a remodel sink system in the Master Bathroom totaling over $ 9.000.00) from this store, and if there is ever a problem, the store fixes it immediately. We have rented 8 Penske 16' trucks (This year 2017) and every time the truck was ready, and we were able to take care of business without any issues concerning the truck. The check in and out staff for the trucks are just great people. (Debbie was always there to help us out.) Any issues we have had with HD were immediately addressed by the store manager with respect and great service. This is why we only shop at Home Depot.
