Great place to shop and I love the garden shop. Good people with great attitudes.

Just came from Home Depot in Surprise. Very nice store and very friendly & helpful employees. Had everything we needed, we will return!

We were greeted as we walked in, there were plenty of masks and sanitation items to keep everyone healthy and clean! As we walked around we were having trouble finding certain items, as some items have been discontinued because of COVID(not sure the exact reason). Lamont helped us find what we needed thank u again. As we checked out the cashier was very friendly and got us out speedily.

Employees are proactive and comprehensively knowledgeable. A more well stocked

I just have a question, A few Years ago I had built up a twelve thousand dollar limit on my home depot card,I didn't owe a dime on the card it was all paid off and had been for probably 6months or more, because where we lived I didn't need to use it as much, but when I did try to use it if was cancelled,I was told it was because I had filed bankruptcy, but I didn't file on my Home Depot card plus I didn't owe a dime on it.I was a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is how I was treated, so this is how you treat your loyal customers.I would like my Home Depot card back with my 12 thousand dollar limit and an explanation. But I will bet that I never head a word from anyone at Home Depot.

I like the store but i can never find perennials and when I did find some (over a yr ago) it was very very few (not much variety). Everything else is fine but that

Christy and Monica at the pro-desk are amazing to work with. Friendly staff and makes the experience very easy. For several years, Christy has been our "go-to" when shopping at home depot. All employees should be more like her.

Spent an hour waiting for pavers and then told you didn’t have any. Even paid for them and then they decided they didn’t have any

Every employee I ran into was very kind helpful and polite.

Every time that I go to this Home Depot there is always an employee there for assistance, no matter which section I am in. As a disabled Veteran, I need a lot more assistance that I like to think I do. The store employees recognize this and are very helpful and courteous.

Great help from employees there when had questions about smoke detectors, lighting in laundry room, and quick check out. Thanks for Lamont and Terri.

Although this is a very busy shopping center and store, I've always managed to find a convenient parking spot not too far from either of the entrances. That convenience always begins my shopping easier. It's easy to find what I'm looking for and occasionally I might have to ask for help if the item I'm shopping for is not a big item as in the case today. A friendly employee helped me find my item and I was able to check out quickly through the lumber and Pro area.

Was of great help at time of paying for my stuff, asked me if i bought everything i had needed, if there was anything he could do to help and hoped i had a nice Christmas. The Surprise location is such a friendly store. I've always had a great experience there! Last visit was when I purchased a few appliances from Josh Loescher and he was so helpful and knowledgeable.
