Our cashier did not seem to want to work there. She was incredibly hostile, rude, and does not know how to speak to customers who treat her with nothing but kindness and respect. I had to at first ask her to not speak to me in a condescending, disrespectful way. I then had to directly tell her to not speak to me as if I was a child, as I was asking a simple question.

Maria, appliance specialist, did an awesome job. She had very high-quality knowledge about the appliances and solved the issue very quickly. I am very satisfied with the service provided. I purchased a GE downdraft cooktop and LG ventless watchtower, and she was extremely helpful all the way.

The staff at this store (1754) always provides great customer service.

His name was Bashar i believe. He is the one that helped me on my trip there. Most Definitely will go back and again and wish that Bashar will help me again.

Home Depot carries some of the best items we need and style of products we love. But as far as service goes with the employees that work at this location, they made us part of their family. It's so nice and fun going there. They ALWAYS help to us with everything...

I bought supplies for a small project and the employees helped me find all the products and the cashier provided technical support in finding our promo code.

The store has great items in stocks Sturdy plants. and pretty much everything usually is well stocked. Courteous staff and helpful recommendations and very knowledgeable about various products. The store is clean and well kept. A reliable and interesting place to go. Keep up the good work.

When purchasing door lock sets at this store, keep in mind that you will end up with several keys. They can't rekey locksets at this store.

the staff Carl, Susan K and Bashar were so very helpful and accommodating with showing me where the item was, selecting the best item and encouraging me to paint to complete the project so it looks 100% beautiful… Carl even helped me to my car and placed the item in my truck … Susan K was kind and funny and very eager to assist me .. Bashar helped me at the register and he too was extremely helpful with a happy face. since COVID people seem so upset, but the service here is GREAT!!!

From the time I entered to leaving I was asked if I was alright or if they could help me find anything. Both Calvin in returns and John in Tools were extremely nice and knowledgeable of their departments

This store has the greatest customer experience the checkout people are so friendly and the store is laid out to where you can find what you need.

I normally visit the Garden Center on every visit. Marie ALWAYS provides quick, friendly and professional services and she likes to compliment her customers, too. She is kind. And you'll never see her playing on her cell phone. If there is no customer, she is sweeping or cleaning somthing.

Went in today for some 1/2 inch galvanized pipe. Pipe cutting machine was down but Tee, in customer service, was able to help me out and figured out an appropriate solution to the issue. Amazing customer service. I love Home Depot. Thank you, Tee!

I was just at Home Depot to get keys made. I was greeted by two very friendly ladies at the self checkout counter and had a great experience with Jerry that made my keys for me.
