Even having to order online I have always received the Items that I wanted or needed. I have been buying products from the Homedepot for over 30 years and have been satisfied with the products.

Chris from ProDesk went beyond to help and assist with finding the correct supplies and assistance with helping our client process the order. Ivana also assisted with a delivery plan. Alex -Behr representative helped client with correct colors codes and proper types of paints for project! Order the product on line to be picked up in the store When I got home find out this ant bait was open and missing one It’s too far too hot to drive back to the store to get one item but I am upset is why did the employee who put the product in the bag not checked it was open and missing one. It’s not acceptable.

I visited all The Home Depot's locations in Bakersfield and recently became a pro member. By far the Gosford store stands out- not just for its thriving -well, cared for plants, but for the amazing team behind it. Victor at special service desk has been a huge help with the hydrangea care. Teaching me things. I never knew like how close plants can accidental crossbread. The staff genuinely care and go the extra mile to assist customers. I come here multiple times a week, bringing my boys, especially, early every 1sr Saturday, when there's kids workshops and during the week, and the service is unmatched. To all the garden employees that have worked there these past few month since February 2025 thank you so much for all your help and kindness! I hope Eric can be recognized and recognizes his employees that they are the best store in Bakersfield, they truly have a great team, and atmosphere. If you want a place where the plants are healthy, (even the last of a season) the soil is moist. And the staff truly care. This is it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GOSFORD HOME DEPOT for all your gardening and many more needs!

I usually shop at HD first, went to the blue box first near my brother’s house. I saw what I was looking for, took pics of the items & prices (total was over $200), then came to HD. Prices were better. Front door electronic combo lock & handle. One of them was about $29 cheaper… same item at HD!! Next I’ve gotta paint the door to match the classiness & style of the locks.

Need more employees greeting customers and asking if they can assist.most employees just walking around

Alani I guess services went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with my pearls account when there was process of sing a check out.She was patient , professional and truly cared about fixing the problem. Jose the ASM, also stepped in to support her and handle the situation with great leadership! You can always expect to get amazing service and treatment from these employees, time and time again! Definitely recommend coming here!

I went to the NW store to pick up an item that the internet showed there were 3 in stock. They could not find the item. When I checked the SW store, they also said that they had 2 in stock. I called because it was across town to make sure that the store actually had the item. The person in the department agreed to look for the item and took my number in case that we got cut off - which we did. He called back in a couple of minutes and said that he found 3 of the items and that he would take one to the returns desk so that I would not have to look for it. When I got there, sure enough the item was there and I was able to smoothly get out of the store and on my way. I did not get his name, but he did great customer service and I really appreciated how he and others treated me in the store.

My time is very valuable and I am very unhappy that you no longer carry merchandise. That was in the store before you lied and deceive the people who allowed Home Depot to thrive, shame on you.

It’s really amazing but every time I need to ask for help at Home Depot or have a question the employees always try to avoid me. It’s as if they can sense I am about to ask them a question. Are they trained to behave like this as they all seem to react the same way to potential questions?

Waited 15 minutes at the key console to get two keys made. Announcement’s were made over speaker numerous times but employees just walked by and said nothing. Horrible service!

Friendly And a good place to shop can you find everything you need

As I get older, Home Depot becomes more and more like a candy store. This Home Depot is always clean and has good inventory.

Outside garden looked full of life. My kids were sad that the turtles were gone Tee was amazing as always with all my plant questions

Just bought week killer and got the job done. I do other shopping at Home Depot throughout the year and is my favorite hardware store for all my various home needs

Of ALL the stores in Bako, THIS store is by FAR my favorite!! Good people, GREAT service.

I couldn’t find anyone to help for assistance. I got the ladder from aisle and helped mysel. Item I needed was on top shelves with other inventory.

I needed help accessing the tool cage and Juan was the one who came to open it up. When I showed him what I wanted to purchase he told me about a better deal that I was unaware of. Very happy for the help and tip.
