The store was clean. The associates very helpful and not pushy like some store associates I have run into in other stores. The only negative thing, which is only negative to me is that I can never get my husband out of the store in a timely matter. He would stay there for hours if I wasn't with him. Good for the store but not our bank account!

Having disappointed in other Home Depot stores, try this one in 4700 Gosford, Bakersfield and you will have the great experience you expect from shopping.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Store is laid out well and clean. Never any riff-raff in the parking lot. In my opinion the Home Depot store on Gosford Rd in Bakersfield is better than most if not the best. Has a hometown appeal unlike the typical big box store. Kudos to the staff and management.

I rely on the Home Depot for all my home needs. The quality is great as well as the assistance of the employees. The prices are very competitive. As a matter of fact they are better than any other store of this type.

Associate (nameless) went above and beyond to help me find the item I was looking for. She provided excellent customer service, and was incredibly friendly and upbeat throughout the entire transaction. Although she has only been working there 3 months, she handled things like a pro! I would be interested to know if the store manager compliments her on her performance.

Went to Home Depot to look at appliances and found great sales prices. The prices where lower than other chain hardware stores we had visited. The sale person was very helpful as well.

The store was cleaned and the things I was looking for weren't that hard to find.

Although the part I needed to complete my project was not available at the store, I did receive excellent service from 2 associates on staff. In the past I have not received such good service but this time I was fortunate to meet individuals who were courteous, knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. They took the time to assess my needs and make an effort to find the item I needed. Although they were unsuccessful in finding it, I must say that they deserve an "A" for effort.

the product was not where associate said it was and we found it ourselves inb another area. Then we had question o n something else and associate ansered it and followed up and was very helpful.

Every time that i need help to find a product i received a lot of help.

I just moved to the SW area. I have been having fun decorating my home and yard. Most items I have purchased have come from this store. Happy to shop here. Great location.

I shop about once a week at this store. I have always found the products I have required. But most importanly the sales associates are always helpful and friendly.

GREAT STORE, MOST ASSOCIATES KNOW THEIR STUFF, I SEEK THESE PEOPLE OUT AND HAVE BECOME RELIANT ON THEM. THE ASSOCIATES KNOWLEDGE IS IMPRESSIVE MOST TIMES AND ALWAYS HELP ME WHEN THEIR NOT BUSY CLEANING THE STORE. BEST HOME DEPOT IN BAKERSFIELD. THE ONE IN TEHACHAPI IS A CLOSE SECOND.

This store is a joy to visit in the morning. It's clean, the associates are quick to help and I love the smell of wood and building materials mixed with the cold morning air coming from the loading door. One of my favorite things to do before I head to work!

I love this store soooooooooo much because, for one thing, it's walking distance from my home. The staff is ALWAYS so very friendly and seems like no matter what associate you ask, they always know where something is. I went in for a very small little screw, I show it to the guy and he went right to the drawer where it was... awesome!!! I've totally repaired all my lawn sprinklers and I was surprised at how inexpensive the parts were. I buy everything I can at Home Depot because you can always get "great" advise!!!... and an even greater deal!!!

Store was very clean and appeared to be well stocked, items i was looking for were not easy to find but an associate helped me find them and she was very pleasant.

The store has almost everything in stock what I need, and every time the stuff are friendly.

lumber pricing was odd-balled....especially plywood...either no price on it or miss priced...had to take a sheet up to register to get it scanned for the price.

Wanted a lighted key and was going to get red, not blue. So glad I was actually shown the keys working though, and not just told there were two colors! (Red would have created too much glare off my polished brass doorknob, making it hard to find the keyhole.) Excellent.
