If you need any assistance from employees, do not go to this store. Employees do not have customer service skills, knowledge of the products in the store, or any knowledge of what their used for. I encountered over 10 employees who are there to just for a payday. Three employees, who I know were on the clock, were just standing around talking about their personal life, and when I asked for assistance they just walked away and I had one that practically ran away saying it was time for my break. I checked out with 7 carts of merchandise and with no offers of assistance.

I have shopped at many different lumber yards and hardware stores over the years, including other Home Depots. This particular store will be my "GO TO" store from now on. I was greeted immediately by more than one salesperson and they walked me over to the department I needed and introduced me to someone in that department who was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store was clean and well stocked and had everything that I walked in to purchase.

Great Management. Plenty of "people" on floor, clean. I spoke with at least five HD employees, all took me right where I needed.

Everyone is always so helpful when I come into the store. I love this local Home Depot.

Store layout is efficient. Good selection. Good associates.

I have to go into the store to resolve a problem with an online order. I went to customer service and spoke with Meg who quickly started working to resolve the problem. She could not have been any more passionate or helpful in resolving my problem and fixing it. This is by far my best experience at Home Depot as I go in a lot for supplies and will be the store that I will always go to.

Huge selection of refrigerators to inspect and compare. Every associate was helpful cheerful and competent. Sale price was better than other stores after comparing online. HD is consistently well-stocked and has informed and experienced staff to help me select products and find solutions for projects. I've even brought in small parts, explained what I'm trying to do and the associates take me to the right section, offers possible options and when necessary makes sure I get help handling and loading larger items. That's good service and YES associates have always been friendly and cheerful too.

They got everything handy, restrooms are clean, employees are friendly and helpful, and I found what I needed in a flash.

Great employees - friendly staff who help you find the products you need. They approached me. I did not have to hunt for staff and that is great customer service.

I get treated like a VIP! Monica was my personal shopping associate and she really helped me price things from pressure washers to custom exterior house paint! She gave me more than a helping hand! She made me laugh, took interest in my business and made me feel like I was shopping with my best friend! From the time I walked in to the time I checked out, Monica was there to make me feel confident about my purchases. She knows everything about that store! I LOVE HOME DEPOT!

If you're in need of simething specific and describe it...that associate will take you to it or find someone in that particular department to help find it. The first associate will go with you & and the associate in that particular department to know where the item is should someone else come in looking for that particular item. Very helpful.

This Home Depot now will not accept the veteran ID that is on drivers license. They now require additional ID, WHY???? Was told this at checkout that this store manager wants this because someone could get a good lawyer and get I guess their DD-214 or this ID on their drivers license. Give me a break would they pay a lawyer to do this. NOT I thinks this is just a way for this store manager to not give the discount to veterans. The DMV accepted my DD-214 and put the veteran ID on my license so I would not have to carry an additional military ID or my DD-214 with me just to prove that I am ACTUALLY a VETERAN!!!

A great, friendly place to shop!

Unable to get assistance in concrete area, even though we asked for help. Other customers helped us not associates!!!!

It's not so much for the store, but for the website. I can go on line and find an item and it tells me what aisle and bay the item is at. Makes my shopping so much easier because I don't have to wait around to find someone, not that there was a problem at this store. It was great. But knowing where to go helps me not to be on my feet so much which is one of my disabilities so if I can go in, find what I need and leave, I am very happy.

The employees were extremely helpful in the paint department. I really don't like the fact that you allow people to bring their dogs into your store.

I have visited several HD locations around Colorado Springs. This is my favorite store! It is in a good location, parking is easy, access to the store from major roads is convenient. I have always found helpful, knowledgeable staff - even at the very end of their working day! Thank you all!
