I was looking for a specific accessory for my Ryobi One+. Evelyn at the customer service desk actually called me back to let me know that they found it and that she would have it waiting for me at the customer service desk! I was amazed that she took the time to find my product and then CALLED ME to let me know she found it! Amazing customer service from her. Also greeted by multiple employees asking if they could help me find anything and how my day was going! VERY HIGHLY recommend this store! It will be my go to place from now going forward! Thank you Evelyn and to the wonderful staff at this location!!!

Needed a new microwave. The store had a good selection and the best prices on the models I was interested in. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Good prices and great service too. That is why I shop here rather than with the other big store like this one.

When I first arrived at the store, the return line was full. One of the associates named NICOLE called me over and took care of my refund/exchange immediately. I appreciated her thoughtfulness in getting me and out of the store in a timely manner. I love this store!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful in this Home Depot Store! I really enjoyed my trip to obtain air filters and softener salt tablets. The Associate was so helpful and helped me load the salt pellets into my car.

I needed a few boards cut and the employee was very helpful in getting me just the right boards at a great price.

Went, specifically, to purchase a water softener. No problem as associates, 2 of them, escorted me to softener need for my requirements. They placed item on cart to register. Quickly checked out and they loaded softener into my car, extremely helpful. Refused a tip. Why management refuses to let them accept a tip is puzzling to me. However, I returned to store, as I need hoses to complete installation of water softener and was informed that they do not carry that size. Had to go to another Home Depot location. They sell softeners, yet don't carry hoses needed for installation?

I needed a specific item. Associate in electrical area, a woman, very knowledgeable, helpful. New where item I needed was and got what I need immediately. Did some further shopping and was out of store in 10 minutes. Usually a great experience shopping at this locations.

Ordered fixture on line and received email the following morning that it was ready for pickup. In store less than a minute when associate was getting my pre ordered merchandise. Quickly verified my identity, gave me ordered item and immediately issued me a receipt for same. On my way after wishing me a good day.

Nicole at customer service opened up a register to take customer waiting in other long lines. She answered questions regarding product and was in general very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was later in the evening and she was very patient with all customers. I think we all appreciated this level of consideration and helpfulness.

Upon walking into the store, we were greeted & offered assistance. Knowing this particular store like the back of my hand, I smiled & thanked employee. Upon walking thru the store, we were approached by numerous smiling employees who also offered assistance. While waiting to check out, a cashier at another register offered to assist us. Evelyn was vivacious & helpful. She could serve as a model for anyone working in the retail business. We've shopped at this particular location since the day it was built and have never had an unpleasant experience. Whether we be purchasing a packet of screws or $7,000 remodeling of kitchen, the staff of Home Depot has been extremely friendly, helpful & professional. Keep up the good work!

Always familiar with Home Depot stores very good layout

I needed 1 gallon of paint. I brought my old paint with me and the associate matched and mixed it quickly and I was on my way in 5 minutes.

I live in Yuma, Arizona and I am remodeling my rental home in Las Vegas, Nevada. I received a quote for kitchen cabinets here in Yuma. Little did I know that every Home Depot is not associated with each other, meaning I couldn't order and pay for them here and pick up my product in Las Vegas...so the search began..i went to several stores in Las Vegas and was not able to find the in stock cabinets in any store except at this location. My experience was awesome. I was able to give the measurements and quantity to the Lady associate, waited for a sale, then she contacted me, I placed my order, paid over the phone and DONE! she made my experience amazing and rewarding. The store employees at this location are very nice and very very helpful. The store is always well stocked n the store is very clean.

I received help from 2 wonderful associates. One in the plumbing dept whose name I didn't get. I also received great service from Kevin Kaiser who walked me thru the store til I found what I needed. Their help made my visit more pleasant than if I was left alone to wonder the store
