Came into home depot to purchase pvc piping and piping end caps, Rich from plumbing was extremely knowlegdable and provided excellent customer service. Everyone at this location is so nice and willing to help you with your needs. Highly recommended.

The paint department employee was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable

I needed help with self check out. Deborah came to the rescue. Helped me with my check out and was able to get my military discount. 5 stars do not do her justice.

We bought 2 pallets of pavers and only used 1.5 pallets. We came back to returned 250 pavers as a store credits on 9/26/2022 so we could shop it again at home depot. it went well with the lady and we were happy. 30 minutes later around 7:10pm we came back to return 30 more pavers and told this young african - american girl to refund the same a store credit for us but she said the system could not allow her to do it so she can't do it. When we told her we just did it 30 minutes ago she just kept saying she can't do it. She was rude when we were trying to ask for different person to help us out. She grabbed the receipt and quickly called the person in-line. We felt like we were treated not fair just because we wanted different person to help us and she would not want that to happen. Seriously , you will lose more customers because of that girl.

Brandon was extremely helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to assist with all our needs

Bob in hardware is amazing. He took the time to help me find the screws I needed for my desk. E then showed me where to find some coupling I needed for my sander and finally he helped me so much with a new tool box. He walked with me through the section and we took out all the different options and tested them. He even looked up the one that wasn’t on display and helped me make a decision. Grateful for his time and opinion. Please recognize him for his amazing customer service.

This is a store where you can enjoy an excellent organization and find employees who love their work, doing it with great professionalism and dedication, in addition to an excellent knowledge of the products that the client needs to solve their needs, here in this store you will find employees willing to help you from the moment you enter until you leave it, it is a very well organized and clean store, in fact I would like to congratulate all its workers and bosses since everything described above is due to an excellent management group and teamwork.

About every time I go to this store there are no lumber carts in store. Because there all over the parking lot

The return that I needed to make at this store required stepping outside of the box, which most businesses are not willing to do anymore these days. In short, this store is the GOAT. That may sound like an exaggeration but seriously, if you want to shop at a store with sincere, knowledgeable, and most importantly nice people, shop here. Kenya and Camille are the best. And Kim “Possible” was awesome also. Fantastic experience!

Was here to help someone with a move and the sales help were attentive and just wonderful! So wish I had this good of a store In Minneapolis!

Poor selection this specific store has the smallest selection of tools & tool boxes ive ever seen

I went to this store for my kitchen remodel. Keith the design consultant was very patient and kind. Tammy the cashier was a sweetheart. They made my shopping experience special. I’ll go back there for another project for sure.

Tammy and the customer service team at the Fort Apache store have been a joy to work with. So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Amazing Stocked (at the time I went ) Clean store n friendly staff

As I arrived Kim possible greeted me as soon as I walked out of my vehicle very windy day and she was talking about how many times she had to re-put up the palm trees gave me a great laugh as soon as I came in there was a nice older gentleman did not catch his name but was very helpful I walked over to paint and I was greeted by another person that direct me to Sasha who was a rockstar she was stocking all the paint which I needed and she helped me out find everything very personable and she also helped out to other people and very knowledgeable from there I went to a different department and I ran into Sasha she help me with my lighting issues and walked me to another department and gave me some great recommendations for a stainless steel cleaner best experience I’ve ever had at any Home Depot and after everything was said and done when I went to the register I ran into Kim possible again and she was very helpful and I told her that I was very thankful for all of her stuff

Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful in the appliance department. We went to buy a new washer and was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. He was informative about the process of delivery and set up of our washer and didn’t try to get us to buy a more expensive brand.

I bought paint this morning Jan 28th, 2022 from the paint department. The man helping me never opened his mouth to greet me, or tell me my paint was ready. Really really sad.

This team was so pleasant! Great customer service! Carolina and Brittany really made me feel like a valued customer assisting me with purchase. In a time when genuine customer service seems to be a lost art, these employees (and this location) Nailed it!

Store #3314 is the best store and staff in Las Vegas, NV..

Scott in the flooring department was fantastic. Unfortunately, my experience with the service center about my estimate and the subsequent call transfer to the store did not make me feel valued and cared for. Consistency in customer experience needs work - not effective, easy, or emotionally positive. I could go to their competitors next time due to these phone experiences.

Hardware stores are confusing at best and it was Christmas Eve. Gian helped me find everything I needed. It was like a gift!
