Always finding what I'm looking for, wish they had more bundles and sales on power tools.

Okay, I have to give big thanks to a certain associate at this store. He went above and beyond and offered to help me as a disabled veteran with a combat amputation with anything I needed. Every question I asked he knew the answer to, and if he didn't know it, he would find out the answer. But to be honest, there wasn't anything he wasn't able to answer!

Products were easy to find. Associate came up to me to see if I had any questions on the appliances I was looking at.

I'm in your Store at 99th and Camelback at least Twice a week. at First it was mostly Yard work, Landscaping and basically turning a Blank yard into a small Sanctuary seeing as we had just moved into a New Home. Your Garden Center is the Best around. Now I'm moving on to in-Home updating and Styling. I'm finding that with my general knowhow and your extremely knowledgeable Associates I'm finding these projects rather manageable and Fun to do. Couldn't have done it without you Great Prices, Selection, and Great Associates!!!

This store has the most inviting presentation of all the locations i have visited through the staff and merchandising and lighting in the store

I have several home depot locations all within 5 to 10 miles. I would not go to any other home depot location besides this one. best all around service and atmosphere.

I know my way around the store very well and rarely need help finding products, infact I often help others find what they are looking for. What truly impresses me are the associates at the Pro Desk, they greet me by name every time I am in the store and they help me get checked out quickly and with ease. I truly love shopping at this store!

Was in paint department and staff werevery helpful. Took the extra time to make recommendations and advise us on things to help us with our project. Came back three or four times the same day and receivedthe same service. Great job guys!

Love visiting the store. Everyone is very helpful & friendly, expecially the pro desk.

I just love that the associates know where Items are located, which made for a faster than normal trip. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I recommend Home Depot over Low's any day! Especially the fact there is a Pro desk, they truly understand business.

Every time I come in, I'm pleasantly surprised with how all the products are competitively priced which is great for a girl like me who is tackling a backyard project on her own. Everyone at the store is super friendly and very helpful and know what they are talking about. Thank You for making my backyard DIY project not seem so daunting and I enjoy sharing the progress of my yard with Darlene and the reps in the store. Keep up the great work and cheery atmosphere!

The normal paint associate was being relieved for lunch. The fill-in associate agreed to help me color match a paint I brought in so I could buy a gallon of semi-gloss in the same color. The clerk quit talking to me to color match and also answer questions on a walk-up. I figured he had all he needed from me so I walked the store to pick up other items. Upon my return, the fill-in paint associate snips at me that he couldn't finish my paint mix because he had other questions. I had to point out that he quit talking to me to help a walk-up while helping me so figured he had all he needed from me. The clerk snips that he didn't know if I needed exterior/interior paint, primer, etc... I pointed out that he should have finished his business with me before just dumping me mid-help to help a walk-up. Unfortunately now I have to wait for this clown to mix my paint. He didn't even check his new matched gallon paint to see if it matched what I brought in, ask if I was happy with it,, nothing. He just pushed the gallon in my direction with a dismissal of "have a good day". Terrible representation. I should have stuck with ACE Hardware down the street where they at least treat me right when taking my money.

I am so pleased with the great customer service I received in the Lawn and Garden Dept. I am new here to Arizona and moved here a couple of weeks ago. The team member who assisted me is not only courteous and professional, she has a good soul.

RENTED A TRENCHER OVER THE WEEKEND. TOOL RENTAL GUYS WERE FRIENDLY AND HAD ME IN AND OUT OF THE STORE QUICKLY.

I wish I could remember the name of the associate in the paint department. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond for us and was very knowledgable. We normally go to Lowes for our home needs but from now on we will be coming here instead!

Having researched what I wanted online before shopping, I knew what I needed, just wasn't sure where in the store the item was. Not only did I find a store associate quickly who led me right to the item, he was able to offer suggestions and advice that made my project easier.

I reviewed the products on the web site before going to the store, so I knew what I wanted, however, the associate that helped me made the whole experience enjoyable. He not only did the heavy lifting, got me a cart etc, but also suggested other items I would need to install the A/C unit I was purchasing. He went with me to make sure I found what I needed and helped me carry them to the register. I wish I could remember his name to honor him properly.

The lines were long at the customer service desk, and the lady at returns called us over to help us check out. I appreciate that your employees are attentive to the needs of the customers. Thank you Minette

The items I needed were not on the floor. The young lady in customer service was wonderful. She did not hesitate to help me locate the items I needed. I felt that my needs were a priority and she made sure my needs were met. Thank SO much for having dedicated, customer service oriented people available to help assist customers.

I do a lot of maintenance and repair at my home and office. Every time I go to this store (it's my favorite), I find the products I need. And if I need assistance or recommendations for a project, there has always been someone knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I feel welcome as soon as I enter the store and feel taken care of while there.
