Ben did a Great Job! I signed up and am writing this review because of him! He is knowledgeable, and a definite asset to Home Depot Inc , and your store! He assisted me with my purchases, and walked me to the products I was looking for. Matt at the Pro desk did a Great Job as well with additional info. Matt is another asset to Home Depot Inc, and your store! I live in Monroe, but will travel from here to your store instead of Toledo, which is closer...Great Customer Service, and experience all the way around!!! 5 Stars!!!!

Andrea from customer service is incredible! My app wasn’t allowing me to place any orders for whatever reasons Home Depot’s customer service line and IT team refuse to tell me, so I took myself to the Taylor location and spoke with Andrea in customer service. She was able to individually build a cart for me that included items that were online only, and place a very big order that allowed me to use my coupons. She helped me out in a big way in what has been an incredibly frustrating time for me otherwise.

Even though I was not shopping for appliances Maddie who works in that department was extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

Associates asked if we needed any assistance and pointed us in the correct direction. Since it required a custom order, associate made sure we ordered everything we needed.

Prodesk crew always gets it done for us. We appreciate how they always jump to get us handled and taken care of. From helping locate materials to making sure we get it loaded up and back on the road.

The main item I came in for was two to four dollars cheaper than your main competitors in the area. Add great service to that and Home Depot is the best choice.

Great bit it cuts right through nails and still stays sharp for quite some time my old one just wore out over a few years of monitary usage

Everytime I’ve entered the Taylor Hoke Depot, I’m greeted with a smile and asked how I’m doing. Everyone has no problem in helping out or answering questions, even if they’re unsure, they always find someone who can help me! More often than not, this store always has the tools that I need to get the job done as where other stores may be lacking in stock.

Maddie was great. We hadn't microwave shopped in 10 years and she was very helpful. She covered the entire process and answered all our questions. Very professional and thorough.

During checkout. My items were probed by an employee. Rifling through my items before I could scan them. When asked what she was doing, she states she couldn’t believe the price of the one item I had scanned and paid for. I’m assuming that she thought I was stealing the remaining items in my basket. I asked her again what she was doing. She states again that I had multiple items and only saw me pay for one. She saw me take a photo of the receipt with my cellphone before she came over. I them inform her, the first item was paid for on a different credit card, the remaining was to be paid for in my personal card. I ask her why didn’t she just ask? She apologized but gave no answer. As I’m scanning my other items she’s still standing there watching, and I ask her it would have been great if she would have asked before proving my basket.

My husband and I have been coming to this Home Depot for almost 15 years. We recently came in to find a replacement for our broken refrigerator. Maddie was super helpful. Wee went back and forth between 2 different ones and she was very patient with us and helped us decide what we're fit or needs best.
