My wife and I are in this store 30 to 40 times a year for all of our home improvement needs. We find it easy to locate products thoughout the store in all departments. Home Depot associates are very helpful an always available to answer questions. The store is always clean. We are delighted to have Home Depot in our neighborhood.

The Temecula store is always clean, and the associates are always knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help you. Last week I got a replacement Moen faucent and the associate was well-versed on all the products. Helped me figure out what I needed based on my existing setup. Then, this week, I had left my bag in the parking lot on a different trip to the store, and Matt (the lot associate) saw it and took the time to make sure it was kept safe back in the store until I had returned. Employees work hard to make your experience at their store a worth while shopping trip. I did find the products I was looking for and most times I do at the Temecula Store I did not have to look for assistance, because an employees was close by and was very friendly and very help full. The store is always clean and picked up

They have it all. Items are easily located, help is usually available and the checkout experience is second to none. Great Corona Virus precautions, plenty of parking, overall a good experience.

The employees are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The shelves are usually well stocked and the merchandise in a location expected. I am always assisted with large, bulky or heavy items.

So far, I have not had any issues with this particular Home Depot. The only thing that I don't like about the location of this Home Depot is the parking lot situation. It can be difficult to drive in especially when driving a big truck. Other than that. I love coming to this Home Depot and would tell my friends about it.

The staff in the customer service department are cold and unhelpful. Home Depot overall has a broken system where online and retail are so disconnected that it feels as though they missed the boat when it comes to streamlining. Pricing suffered from online to retail and from store to store. Some stores are happy to provide a more streamline experience and will match pricing. This store will go out of it's was to not provide any type of customer service. When I attempted to get the pricing I was promised from a failed online pickup they treated me as if I was a beggar in the streets. I am disappointed in home depot as a whole and will probably patronise a competitor going forward.

Really like this store. Gets a bit crowded with customers and the parking lot isn't the best to drive in being that is next to Albertsons, but the employees are very nice and haven't encountered any major problems yet with this store.

This store is the best of the best. You will not find better service. The manager, Brad, is fantastic and always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Home Depot for a great experience time after time!

Store employees pull masks down and don't enforce state mandated mask rules within the store. Line to check out stretched the entire length of the store. One nice cashier pulled me out of the end of the line and had me check out at the return desk. I will not shop the Temecula, California location anymore, because the employees refuse to keep customers safe by wearing masks when on the job. I even called the store and no one seemed to care.

it seems that whenever I get in the car lately, I end up at Home Depot. It is such a fun place to shop and I love buying stuff for my home. And if there is a problem, they are so good about returns and credits. My home depot card makes it so easy. Things are easy to find and there is always someone there to point the way.

Love our Community Temecula Depot, They go above and beyond to support our Military families and provide great service. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Lisa at the checkout counter is awesome. She was able to speed me through the checkout line while still following the proper Covid social distancing etiquette. Her friendly yet professional personality made me feel like a valued customer. I forgot I was in the biggest box store home improvement chain in the country and felt like I was in a friendly small town hardware store. Thank you.

Most employees not wearing masks. They do not carry attachments to paint products they sell. round trip is 3 hours drive for me. the product i bought was missing parts in the box. YOU SUCK!

Employees not wearing masks, breathing on people. Seems like they are mad that they have to work. The guys by the Mowers and lawn equipment were Excellent very helpful maybe the only one's in the store that do that not totally sure.

The Temecula store is always clean and the staff is very friendly. When I go in I feel like a part of the HD family. I get my trees and plants there because of your return policy. The plants are always healthy and I have never had to return one, but its nice to know I have a year to do so. I purchase all my appliances there because your appliance staff always provides the best price and highest quality in whatever I am looking for. The clearance racks are always full of great bargains. We leave almost an hour away and when we are doing a project it is necessary to purchase everything we might need because we can't just run to the store if we are missing something. Many times this has resulted in returning things and I have NEVER had a problem. Keep it up and you will keep us forever!

During this time of coronavirus outbreak this Home Depot always finds a way to get its customers the needed items for their projects. I salute all the management and employees for a great experience each time I visit the store. Thanks From a retired marine.

I shopped and paid for my purchases, then right away I realized I was overcharged. I had to wait in the outside line again and go to the return booth to get my refund. Took about an extra 20 minutes. Pain in the Butt.
