In the paint department we were greated with a smile and a sincere "can I help you?" We needed to match up an old paint sample. This was handled easily by Samantha. She was personable and knowledgeable about paint. We recommend this Home Depot.

Store personnel are great! They are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have questions on products they are always good at getting me the answers. Plus they go out of their way to help me find whatever I am looking for. Thanks to the great employees. And on occasion even the store managment have helped me out.

I had a major problem with a refrigator and manufacture wouldn’t do anything even though I purchased an extended warranty. The manager and Angie stood behind me and gave me a new refrigerator. What a stand up job these fine people did. I always will shop here.

The employees in paint department has no customer service skills. They act as if I was an inconvenience to them. Third time going and got the same results will never shop at this location again.

I will definitely be coming back. I had a great experience with customer service. I received supplies that were donated to make birdhouses for a Girl Scout Project. I had a great experience with Ms. Vicki Athey and was very great fun for her help.

Great Customer Service, employees in the appliance dept took care of our needs asap. Love the little attention they have with the customers, on Sunday June 3, they were handing out frozen treats which were very welcomed since it was pretty hot outside..

I go into the Home Depot at least a couple of times a week and if I can't find what I'm looking for if I find Frank he seems to always help me and explain how to use the product he goes above and beyond what he has to do to help me and my family. My son ask a lady and she didn't know and she went to, guess who? Frank...

Make sure they have the correct prices next to the correct merchandise. Tried to buy mulch at advertised price. They had a large 8 foot by 6 foot sign outside by the mulch. Bought a half-pallet and was charged more. When I questioned the store associate, we were told that this was not the mulch on sale, and they had no more of it------although this monstrous sign was erected next to the pallets outside. Was not offered a refund or offered to charge us for the on-sale mulch.

CHRISTY in Hardware @ store #6863 was very professional and knowledgeable when my fiance and I inquired about a product which was not in stock due to it being a popular item. She went above and beyond to ensure we were helped in every way...just as when DIANA the Cashier @ store #6863 did the same. She also went above and beyond to assist us with our first purchase using our APPROVED HOME DEPOT Credit Card. Their combined assistance, even though in separate areas, made our trip a pleasant one.
