I just like Home Depot

Cashier rang up the wrong item, either would not or could not correct.at the register. Had to go to customer service, then found out that Home Depot has a "Max Refund Value", which is less that what my card got INCORRECTLY charged. Unhelpful employees, could have cared less.

Please don't go any where because this location is convenient for me and many others

Always have a great experience here, everything is easy to find and the store isbwell maintained. Alisa is very friendly, and gets me out of there very quickly.

If you need help at customer service, Mike is your guy! After working with a young lady at customer service who absolutely had no patience or want to help us, Mike got the job done. He did not stop until he got a solution! He made the sale but most importantly made sure to show kindness, care, concern, for our questions and situation. Thank you Mike at Temple, Texas Home Depot!

I LIKE THE FEELING OF FINDING THINGS WELL ORGANIZED

I had help with finding the plants I wanted, as well as a welcoming conversation and they were really respectful of my dog.

I went in to buy a few flowers and get ready for Spring February 16 They had excellent selection of hibiscus and tropicals and Nathan the cashier in garden center made sure I knew how and applied online for my military discount While juggling customers he helped me sign on as my internet is none to slow so I was able to now get my 10 percent off and I’m in the system and registered on the Home Depot app He took time to help and made it his mission Great job Nathan

Everything I have purchased here has been as advertised, and always great service and the best and lowest prices.

Stood for 15 mins at paint desk asked for help could here all the kids laughing it up at customer service desk then they closed the store never received any help or assistance;

I came to the Home Depot at Temple to return an item that didn’t work for me. Some red stain that I thought was gonna do more. I was greeted by a smiling face and given great service. I would definitely return here again, and recommend folks come visit the store. sheyla did a great job.

Jeff provided answers to all my questions. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about plumbing. He provided guidance when asked.

I had an on-line order and it was ready in a timely fashion and the folks at the store were great. I also found the store's access and cleanliness to be equally great. This isn't my regular HD but this one had the product I needed in stock and the short drive was worth it.

This is my normal go to store weather for something DIY or for work. This particular location is usually cleaner well stocked and the staff is usually friendlier than other locations.

Home Depot's website showed 4 Ridgid 7 inch 24 tooth diamond grinding wheels in stock in Temple, TX. When I got there they had zero! The associate confirmed that they were indeed showing that number but obviously there was an inventory discrepancy. I only got help from this associate after first approaching what I thought was an employee in an orange home depot vest, just to find out it was a vendor selling HVAC systems! I asked "Do you even work here?" She said "No, I'm just a vendor." Finally I was able to locate a real employee. He was helpful overall, but could not answer exactly why the inventory was off like it was.

This store was truly amazing, their staff (Andrea, Jackson, Heather and James) helped us with all of our needs and tile, bathroom vanities, answering questions and loading. Our pickup was very full when we were driving away. It's a 1 1/2 hour drive, but they made it worth it.
