Went through several departments on different days and employees were always around asking if we needed anything and were finding what we needed. When talking to employees in specific departments, all seemed very knowledgeable on products and location of products.

Friendly staff assisted us with what we needed and figuring out how much we would need

When ever you go to this store after 230 pm you will have a hard time getting help.

The associate was very courteous and knowledgeable.

WE USUALLY CAN'T BE EVERYWHERE ALL OF THE TIME , BUT THIS AND EVERY OTHER HOME DEPOT THAT I'VE BEEN IN ALWAYS TRY TO BE AND LOOK FOR CUSTOMERS NEEDING HELP

Every time we need help, there is always someone close by to help. The man in the lawn and garden area was especially helpful. They always have what we need.

A year ago, it was very enjoyable,pleasant best retail store to shop at. Now it is a ghost town,self service lumber store

The store is very clean, And over the years they have gone over and above on service then other stores do.

The problem was that the associate did not find the item, he never came back to tell me.

The associate was very helpful. The aisles were nice and wide with no clutter to block our our path on the way to checkout.

This Home Depot is very customer friendly and it was a pleasure to shop there.

They had just what I was looking for and the assciates not only loaded it, wheeled it to the cashier, but out to my vehicle where they loaded it in to my vehicle. When I thanked them they pelied,"no problem, it was a pleasure and have a nice day". I did not expect this kind of service as I have never purchased items there before that were so heavy, it was usually small items I can carry.

I always like talking to Big Ray and the young lady that works in the department that sells items like door stops etc is always so helpful.

The employees at the Temple Home Depot are much more accessible than is usual at a big box store. They are very friendly and helpful and educated in the store's contents and locations.

I needed some Square D parts (a ground bar and a 2" hub). I had already checked availability online and the website told me they were on aisle 7, bay 17, so I was in and out in just a few minutes. An associate in the electrical department checked whether I needed help and moved on pleasantly when I said I didn't. The associate monitoring the self-check registers was helpful and friendly and the entire trip was a pleasure.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, great store but can be hard to find someone for help sometimes.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HOME DEPOT FOR MANY YEARS, I USUALLY HAVE A EXCELLANT EXPERIENCE WHEN GOING EXCEPT FOR THE LAST TIME. I WENT TO THE HOME AND GARDEN, THERE WERE TWO YOUNG GIRLS THERE AT THE REGISTER, BOTH ON THEIR CELL PHONES. I NEEDED A WHEEL BARREL FOR MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY, WHEN I ASKED IF THEY KNEW WHERE THEY WERE, THEY LOOKED AT EACH OTHER AND SAID "NO" - DID NOT TRY TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY. THEY CALLED ME BACK AND TRIED TO GIVE ME A BARREL THAT WAS FULL OF PLANTS AND BIRD DROPPINGS. I WENT UP FRONT AND THE GIRLS UP FRONT WALKED ME TO THE AREA THE BARRELS WERE, GOT A MANAGER TO UNLOCK THEM, HELP ME PICK ONE OUT AND GOT A MAN TO HELP ME GET IN MY CAR, NOW THATS THE HOME DEPOT I KNOW AND LOVE.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help I received in the Garden section.

You have and outstanding crew of folks who have service in mind. I was looking for a unusual item and ten minutes after talking to one of the associates that stated HD did not carry that particular item came to find me in the store to tell me they had found what i was looking for. That is exceptional service

We were buying cedar boards for our home. My husband is remodeling our home. We have always found what we need at Home Depot.

The store is great. We always go to the Temple Home Depot. Almost every associate has been helpful and friendly. We have only had a couple that couldn't answer our questions. A few times we have had to hunt for someone to help us. But they have always been eager to help us.

Enjoyed shopping here. Very friendly and helpful. This store was also very clean and orderly.

I found everything I was shopping for. the sales associate was very helpfu, with assisting me on finding the items for my project. Checkout was fast and courteous.
