Went to buy shower base. Got some one to help in plumbing got the one I need. Got to casher and refused me to sell what I had on buggy. Manger refuse to sale it. Sale person say they stop selling the to make room that why on sale. Manger sale it's a recall. Which one is lying to customer.

This home depot has THE best employees hands down. They helped me figure out how to build my counters by mysekf and it was easy( I'm a lady)

This store ALWAYS has a large selection of plants early in the growing season!

The store is huge and depending on when you shop there it's difficult to find someone to help you cause they sure don't ask you if they can help when you do find someone after walking a mile. The 10% discount for military/veterans is nice and helps a lot. The store does seem organized and stocked well. I've always found what I need.

We bought appliances. Trinity Collins was our Appliance Specialist and she was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and professional. She helped us every way possible.

I love coming to my Home Depot in Temple because of the number of “older and wiser” employees at this location. They have a wealth of experience to draw from, they so genuinely desire to help you, and they understand good customer service.

I have been coming here for years. Always a good experience. It is always a good experience to look at the second generation of tools available. Always looking for a better way to get er done. Or easier whichever comes first. The lady in appliances knows her stuff.

Lack of communication from the fabricator, large delays The associate Ravonnia Ellis was a great help in assisting with the issues and helping rectify problems, she was the only reason for me not being totally upset

As usual at ALL Home Depot’s that there is NEVER anyone willing to assist a customer while one is there. As my brother and I discussed the minute you see one they turn and walk away while sat (that’s not my department). Never really have had but one service person that was very well mannered and assisted me and he was an elderly fella like me. These you people you hire have no personality or way to respect your customers. You need to hire people or have someone either experience with the public show them how to be a great ambassador of your company. I’m sure you don’t give a darn but you requested my review
