REPLACED ANCIENT BADGER 5 GARBAGE DISPOSAL WITH A NEWER MODEL (BADGER 500). THE VERY HELPFUL STAFF WAS ABLE TO GRAB FOR ME ALL THE NECESSARY REPLACEMENT PIPING TO ELIMINATE THE CORRODED PIPES AND TRAPS THAT WERE ON THE VERGE OF FAILURE!

Milwaukee cordless tools and batteries are not a good product. Consider Dewalt or Mikita. Both are better for durability and service

I been shopping at Home Depot for years, and I been very impress in how well all employees have become very knowlegable on products and strive to provide excellent service. Thank you Home Depot.

The Home Depot Pro, store #6655, is rarely out of stock, the employees are knowledgeable, and the prices are fair... No garden shop, rarely any BBQ items, appliances, rugs or lighting. BUT if you're looking for construction materials in bulk and the tools to build it with, this is your store!

Been shopping there for years.

I was making a large purchase of over $2500. I was told by opening a Home Depot credit card I could save 10% which would amount to over $250. After I opened the card andpaid for my purchase, my receipt only showed $100 discount. When I asked why, she inquired and she was told it capped at $100. She then denied ever telling me that the discount was 10% and $100. Very disappointing.

The Pro Shop at Home Depo sent me free from the hospital system as an mental health counselor--I am a Master Painter Artist with a Masters in Painting Fine Art Degree-SF State University --- Thus I secretly painted renovated vintage victorians in San francisco and Berkeley for 38 years...it empowered. &. its my secret really that set me free and liberated me ..... sytem that challenged me .

I go here many times a week and am generally happy. My above review was regarding the Home Depot on the same street that sells appliances.

I needed two items to finish a repair. The first floor worker took me to the drills and the second worker pointed out the adhesives. As I stood in line to check out, one of the Pro Staff motioned me over and checked me out to reduce the long line for check out. Done in 20 minutes!

Didn’t wait for me to measure windows like I was told by store staff!

Tool rental lacks Milwaukee Pro Press for rental.

They do not carry 5 gallons exterior dynasty paid It’s too bad because I want the best paint for my house and you would think a professional pro store would have it

I don’t like Home Depot return Policy. I DO like the super friendly and helpful staff! One person in particular stood out!! Her name is Mateta & she went out of her way to help me find a generator and a few other items!! Very personable, Professional & courteous!! Thank you Mateta!!!

Some power tools always locked, we have to waiting, looking for some one to open the lock. and then after open the lock, they never give us the tools right away, just bring to casher window, let us go to that window make a payment. That is why our company employees doesn't like to shopping in Home Depot.

I went to the San Mateo store to return product. Three employees(Carlos,Sean,and thin young man with sun hat) were standing at front door. I am disabled, they all watched me as I got my return out of the car. When I got inside there was a huge line at the returns desk. I asked the three gentlemen if they could assist or find someone to assist. They all ignored me. I asked again, Sean came over, said very rude “what do you want, oh there’s Maria.” Went back to talking to his buddies

The employee in the electrical section was commenting on my nationality and saying “this is America”. Such behavior has no place in professional environment.

Everyone that I had interactions with were accommodating and friendly.

My J-trap under the sink just started leaking. I looked up J-Traps on the Home Depot website and, Voila!, several options from which to choose. And the listing tells you EXACTLY where the item is: no wasting time trying to find it. Had the problem fixed in no time!
