I would like to find more employees, that are really committed to the store. Especially when it comes to trying to locate an item. I always appreciate the person that takes me to the correct aisle, as opposed to the person that points ands says "over there"!

Went to tool rental to get my air compressor repaired they put it under someone else’s name get a call 2 weeks later and it’s still not repaired then a month goes by, then still nothing I call they say it is ready it’s 30-40 from my house. I work all day and get home late I had to go buy some wood specifically at this Home Depot which is great they have a wide selection. I go to pick up my air compressor one of them doesn’t work and the other does, I go on vacation come back and try to use it and it doesn’t charge to the psi. It’s ridiculous it was there for 2 months you’d think they’d check it to make sure it works good. Again, employees and service everything was great but I am furious with the fact that this compressor did not work and it stopped when I tried to start my job and it took longer to complete a fence. To top it all off, to take it back to get repaired they want me to pay more for something they didn’t fix in the first place.

EASY TO ACCESS

I have bought materials in other home building stores and I find that the Pro is the best. the management has done and excellent job training the staff to be knowledgeable of the product they sell. When ever I come to this store and needed help, I tell the staff what I am working on and need some help. Amazing staff, always ready to help and give advice on how to do the job right the first time. I take my hat off to the people running this PRO shop. You people are fantastic. I bought lots of tools from this store and the man there name Ernie, always with a smile and always ready to help. Great job man.

Only shop at this store. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST.

The expertise of the staff at the Pro Store is fabulous. They are so helpful. I am a small woman and every person that walks by me when I am loading something has offered to help. Chivalry is alive and well at Home Depot Pro in Colma - even the customers.

This Home Depot Pro is great. I always try here first before the regular retail outlet. They have a wider variety higher end products and more knowledgeable people.
