I know when I walk in the door, I am going to be helped efficiently and professionally. Associates know each others' proficiencies and always work as a team.

Researching siding was educational and the staff was attentive and supportive of my questions. They worked on the next visit with all the measurements for shingles, lapping planks, and soffits, and paneling to best suit my home. I was extended every benefit that the contractors received and I was made to feel like a very valued customer. The Associates were true professionals from their product knowledge all the way through the entire multi-day shopping process. The company has every right to be proud of it staff.

I looked online before visiting this store, and I was pleased that it carried the exact set I needed to replace my shower head, faucet and valve. A store associate, Benjamin, escorted me to where it was located and took time to ensure all my questions were answered. He also assisted me in locating some licensed, bonded, local plumbers. Thanks to his patience and kindness, I didn't feel so lost. Kudos!

Bought a 11 ft gutter pipe that could not fit in the car. Rental Tools Dept. staff cut the pipe in half so that It could fit in my car. They made my day by helping me out. Very friendly, business oriented staff in the Rental Tools Dept.

I described my home project to the plumbing dept. Staff listened patiently, said for outdoor projects need to go to Building Materials dept, and took me there. Staff showed Building Material parts I need, which were in stock. He wished me good luck on the project. Great customer service.

my visit was ok this time ,except when one of the female associates started yelling at one of the managers or lead person about calling for her while she was in the rest room,she was with 2 other female associates it was very unprofessional and rude to the patrons there everyone turned to see what was all the fuss,,management did nothing said nothing to her,i have seen this person there many times she is a low level hire(loader,cart getter,)i never see her do anything except run her mouth and I'm in this store atlas 3 to 4 days a week,i recommend the store because most of the time its ok but they have to monitor some of this behavior its disrespectful to all

I was able to find this product, Husky ultra quiet compressor, which I would rather buy for a brick and mortar , than online. I use to have a HD contractor credit card, which I signed up for by mistake. It was a monthly card and almost crashed my credit rating before I understood what it was. on todays visit the cashier Julia was able to convince me to reopen a regular credit card with HD after many years of frustration with my bad experience with monthly card. I'll give it another try.

Jenna in the paint department was extremely helpful in matching a difficult dark exterior, semi-gloss color. It required a computer scan formula and additional manually selected colors. I purchased 5 gallons of Marquee, but will need more .... Jenna was careful to document the exact formula she used.

Today's purchase was better than going to my local Ace Hardware store which I tried first. Better selection, better price and better quality. I hope you you guys keep this going! Well worth the extra drive. The cashier was great too. Happy, smiling, friendly and she even pointed out a sale going on for tape measures (which I purchased). FYI: Her name is...Schrina SL5002.
