We purchase a fridge for $2400. Recieved a delivery date and time window per usual. The delivery tram showed up to our home roughly 30 minutes before the set window time and the driver sat at my door for 3 minutes and then proceeded to pack up and leave. Didn't call me, didn't text me, nothing. I was right down the road, headed back to my home to receive the new appliance between 12:30 and 4:30 as per the online instructions given by YOU Home Depot the company. By the time I arrived it was 12:14 but the delivery team had already showed up, sat here for 3 minutes and didn't call anyone and then left right away. I proceeded to call 3 different people at the home depot online services and they all said they can't get ahold of the delivery driver/team. I drove to the thornton store and the manager in the appliance center told me the same garbage. HOW DO I SPEND OVER 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS ON AN APPLIANCE AND YOU CAN'T EVEN GET AHOLD OF THE DELIVERY DRIVERS? YOU'VE RUINED MY WEEKEND, YOU'VE RUINED HOME DEPOT FOR ME, AND YOU'VE PROVED ONCE AGAIN THAT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE OVERALL GARBAGE. I HAVE RECORDED VIDEO/PHOTO OF THE DRIVER SITTING IN FRONT OF MY HOME WITH HIS PHONE IN HIS HAND AND RINGING MY DOORBELL WITH HIS PHONE BUT NOBODY CAN GET AHOLD OF THEM. I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF CONSTANTLY WASTING MY TIME BEING DISAPPOINTED BY HOME DEPOT AND THE INCOMPETENT DELIVERY TEAMS THEY SUBLET.

This store stands out from others due to this manager's attention to detail and friendly nature. Thanks for your help tonight!

16 years I lived next to this home depot. And about 2 times a year I give them a visit. Every time they suck. No customer service won't follow there own policy. Won't price match. Won't give discounts for damaged product.

We bought a refrigerator, a dryer, and a dishwasher, Dale was very helpful and we saved a lot of money.

I like to shop here because I enjoy the staff and it is close to my home. I do find that it does not always have the item I need.

Larry in Millwork was very helpful. I ordered the wrong color grid in the window. The order was successfully canceled by Roberta. I returned to the store to order the correct window again with Larry. All went smoothly.

Had all the supplies I needed.

Had product ,but Help to load was JOKE 4 employees and no common sense on how to load .

Store had a few things I needed I couldn’t locate but Tim was helpful and knowledgeable. Had gave me some recommendations on what to use. Even helped loading my truck with some lumber I would have had taken a long time to do my self. Made my experience great I’ll be going back to that store again for that simple reason but wish there was more employees like him at every Home Depot. Thank you Tim keep up the great work I hope upper management recognizes you and other employees such as yourself in the shadows and trenches keeping the business running and operational!!

Items we needed were in stock . CS was great too in the garden dept .

Chris went above and beyond for me in order to get me a new fridge. Just when mine went out, he was there to help. He white gloved the sale from start to finish and even helped load it. I am so thankful to have found him when I did that morning. I really do love this Home Depot and the employees that work there!

Cancelled the equipment rental I scheduled weeks before at the last possible minute even though they had the skid steer in the parking lot. Ended up having to go all the way to Brighton for no reason and pay a second deposit. Terrible way to treat customers.

I purchased a Tuff Shed from the representative. I saved a few thousand dollars just from going through Home Depot. Same shed at Tuff Shed was too expensive.

Unless you have to go to this store, DONT. The customer service is lacking here and we wont be back!

Employees signed to a department need to be familiar with the products in that department. Don't tell customer what you think the product does. Customer rely on their knowledge. When an employee says anything customer will come back

Poorest service ever!!

I’ll never shop at this store again the customer service doesn’t exist and the manager Jacque is the worse person to be working with customers and I ordered countertops and they were not installed because they don’t have any options for contractors

I found exactly what I wanted, size, color and price immediately. Pays to GO INSIDE THE STORE AND SKIP ONLINE WASTE OF TIME LOOKING as your item would have sold out because it wasn’t exactly online.

Louise was very helpful polite and went out of his way to help me.

Every year looking for more decorations and Home Depot never let me down.. always the best one .

Friendly and kind sales associates! Must have been asked 4-5 times, from different associates, if I needed anything or if I was finding everything I was looking for. Not in an aggressive manner, but a genuine interest in helping!

The employees have always been so helpful and gracious. Ben and Tiffany helped me the last time I was in and I think Edwardo was the other guys name. Anyway, All of them were fantastic!!!

As I said cheap floor lamp that's a piece of crap very disappointed but I can't lift it to even try to bring it back

I would recommend going to a store where the employees help instead of leaving hd feeling defeated about diy.

Generally a convenient place to shop, but the store itself is a cluttered dump.

This one seems a little less busy whenever I go in which is nice because of easy parking and relaxed atmosphere.

Home Depot has always treated me very well! This is my favorite place to shop. The people are very friendly, & except for a few incidents over the past 22 years, I always walk away satisfied.

I ordered a Vanity was very happy with the person who helped me .

We were looking for some soap for our power washer & there was a large selection of extension cords in that same area with the power washers. Great merchandising & very convenient. We went to a different Home Depot today needing an extension cord for the power washer & had to go to the electrical department to get it (after picking up s replacement wand for the power washer). I know it makes sense to have the extension cords on electrical, but a secondary placement with the power washers (like at the Thornton store) would have been nice & convenient.

I recently had a frustrating experience with your customer service representative, Samantha. I contacted customer service regarding a return of two items, but only one was processed. Samantha insisted that both items had been returned, despite clear evidence to the contrary. When I tried to explain the situation, she told me I was wrong and seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. This experience was extremely disappointing and has made me reconsider my relationship with your company. I hope this feedback will lead to improved training and better customer service in the future.
