Victor makes my experience the best I ever had at Home Depot every time he works.

I have visited many The Home Depot stores before. However, this one stood out. Maya, Israel, Marsha, and Lisa Jenkins made this a 5 star store in my book. It started off as a 1 from a very bad interaction from a person (I believe their name was Jessica and they might be in charge of the Garden or garden power tool section) that "helped" me with a tool they threw on the ground because they didn't want to carry it. I suggest adding a policy that doesn't allow having obstructions (decorative plastic nails) on their hands if it will hinder their ability to carry objects. However, the people who's names I mentioned above really went above and beyond to make my experience here better which makes me want to purchase tools here rather than online because I know I can rely on Israel, Maya, Marsha, and Lisa If I ever have any questions or need any help.

I would like to give recognition to Carlos, 5/4/2024 @ 4.20 PM. He took the time to do computer research for a product that I was looking for. All with a smile and polite vocal tone (Paint department).

Customer service was great, thank you very much Karen for all your help.

Tim was very patient and knowledgeable helping me with my utility sink project. I had a lot of parts at home and he patiently give me options and didn't pressure me into buying any specific parts or pricier items. He was extremely friendly and polite.

The people at the Thorton Home Depot off of 92nd and Grant Are so kind and helpful and knowledgeable and it’s a pleasure to shop there.

LESLIE WAS AMAZING!!! She took at situation that was very annoying and made it soooo much better!!!! I had been waiting for close to 3 weeks for my Ryobi kit to come in and I understood with weather delay but there wasn't any communication that the order came in separately. But Leslie called their .Com and asked if we could just give one to me at a store they said they could. So she tracked down a box that was close to my work and called them to make sure it was there and then also gave me all the info to give to the location in Littleton, CO, so I could grab them. I know have my completed order and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I have used this Home Depot for 25 years now. I live in the Federal Heights, Sherwood Community or neighborhood. This home depot has been my go to for the home improvement project that I have accomplished from kitchen redo to my backyard, redo. Great store over the years.

Overall Is a great store to shop there again and again

Vickie was the associate that helped us and she was so friendly and knowledgeable but honestly all employees we interacted with were also pretty great!

I bought 1/2" Birch Plywood at this location because the North Washington store is always out of whatever I want to purchase.

Store is unwilling to pricematch their own website's listed prices for that day. Was told (rudely) I would need to go home and buy it on the website and return to pick it up to obtain the listed price. Insulting to customer.

Always have a such a great attitude and attention to anything I need understanding or help with !

Do not get in Marsha's checkout line.

I was looking at vacuum cleaners and I asked the associate who was standing near me for help. Despite his physical challenges, he did everything he could to answer my questions and help me get the vacuum from the floor to the cart. Kudos to him!

I think often that customer service is dead. Marlene changed my thoughts on that today. She is amazing and we left extremely satisfied. We will definitely be back!

Jessica was amazing to work with! She was kind and generous and was more than happy to help me figure out the best way to complete my project. Neither of us knew what we were doing but she went out of her way to learn with me. If u find yourself needing help find Jessica she’s great and will help you figure it out!

Feel Good and I always have a great experience with the staff at the HomeDepot

I purchased an LG All-in-one washer/dryer that was delivered and installed almost a month ago. I found that it had recently gone on sale, and they credited my account for the difference!

I came to get a part for my sink, and the associate that helped me was very rude and unprofessional. The associate walked away and never returned to help me. Very bad customer service. I will never shop at this store ever again.

Few years ago .homedepot had work shop,s ..speakers guest...on .how to do things. . Dry wall / soldering copper pipe./..wallpaper./ Etc... It was fantastic ....please bring it back ...it was like on Saturday mornings..
