Great employees. This store is excellent to shop in.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Found myself going to Three Rivers due to the item I wanted being available in the Kalamazoo store. They helped me get and load a cart with my purchase.

Not even one person knew what a "trash pump" is . . . (hey but they're trained to say "How are you", as they walk by, and "Have a good day" as they continue/return to their social conversations - some of them more than a little salacious. )

Friendly atmosphere and extremely helpful employees

I like Home Depot as my preferred home improvement store but this visit was exceptional. An employee saw the product I was buying and said “that’s a nice saw” I said yeah I would like to purchase the more expensive version but I don’t want to spend the money. He sold me the display at a discounted price and it made my day.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, the experience is beyond great. Every employee you come in contact with will stop to help you. Friendly and professional staff.

I love my local Home Depot! I have never come across an associate who is not helpful, friendly, and ready more than willing to help. I also make purchases for our local middle school and the people at the pro desk are always willing to give a little extra to help their local school! I highly recommend this store and never shop anywhere else even though I have other options.

Friendly and helpful employees that enjoy what they are doing. We have purchased many items from this store to redo the house we purchased. We have found that this store is by far the most valuable store for us, they offer installation, the staff is knowledgeable on what the store offers in the way of products and other services. The quality of the items are top notched.

Went in planning on buying a few cabinets, bought an entire set. Sales represenative was extremely helpful and kind.

The store is very well set up so items are easy to find. Sales associates are all pleasant and exceedingly helpful.

I shop at the Three Rivers, MI store. The employees there seem to go the extra mile in helping me. I am a disable veteran, and they show respect towards me and others vets I see in there. I normally can find what I need, employees always can direct me to where it is i need or will even take me there. Thank you Three Rivers employees..

We were at this store on Black Friday and were impressed by the number of associates on hand. They were very welcoming and were able to help us locate the products we were shopping for, especially since some were located in areas of the store that you'd not normally expect to find them. We also had a return which was processed without a wait. All personnel were pleasant and helpful. We had no wait at checkout. A very pleasant experience.

Great store.....lacking very badly in areas that require time. Need more knowledgeable people in that area. Waiting time much too long and could possibly cause customer to go elsewhere.

I feel like the employees at this location do make a sincere effort to be helpful.

My experience at Home Depot was very pleasant. They always welcome my little dog & she gets excited in the parking lot knowing we are about to go in! I needed some help and prices on laminates and kitchen counter tops. The sales man that helped me was friendly and very helpful. He introduced me to a sales lady that further helped me find special order counter tops. Good shopping experience & I certainly will return.

Very friendly clerks and extremely easy to navigate around. Quick to get in and out of. I love the place!

I had a purchase in mind am not one to just buy any old thing so I shopped a lot spend almost 400.00 on one item it would have cost me close to 700.00 for the same item across the street.I applied for credit and was approved on the spot my truck was full and it was a very large item two store employees came to my truck reorganized it and loaded my new tool box and it was a little bit of a job. I have already made plans for my next purchase a lot more expensive and a lot larger. I highly recommend this store customer service is above and be the call I talked with several workers there while in search of my wife, and even got help finding her all and all don't pass this store by

Helpful Staff. Wham Bam! In and out getting Construction materials and back on the job in a few minutes, unlike other places.
