It is truly amazing how consistently and genuinely this store stands head and shoulders above other regional HD stores. The staff are customer service oriented and always helpful (without hovering), friendly (and genuine) and attentive to customer questions. Everyone is knowledgeable, and the store is always clean, organized and efficient. Great job to the team, and kudos to the management. This HD rocks!

The Three Rivers Store is just right size not to big and not to small.

I purchased a pallet of goods online and the safety protocol would not allow me or an employee to guide the very inexperience fork lift driver load the merchandise.The forklift driver was visibly nerves about loading the truck I told him it would be okay and I would help guide him The senior supervise would not allow me to do that ( so I ask him To guide him) the supervisor said he could not do that because of protocol. I returned the order and drove to Menard and purchased the same product and had no issues .

I bought these and the service I received from the latest delivery men and the sales department and Management in Three Rivers was wonderful. I have bought many products from here and will continue to do so. A water softener and drawer are upcoming soon 👍👍👏

We bought a French door and paid for installation the manager never sent anyone out to take measurements ordered doors anyways.we returned doors and they made us pay a restock fee

Very friendly and Erin was very helpful and explained everything quickly and in a friendly manor. Freezer was delivered on time even a little ahead of schedule and he called several times to keep it posted on where he was at.

My shopping experiences at this Home Drpot are always great- from buying new appliances- washer dryer, to everything needed for renovation in our house and materials for a new deck, to paint, and even cleaning products and tools and light bulbs- this store has it all and great staff to help and explain the products.

Delores at check out is wonderful. She is always upbeat and courteous. We enjoy her attitude!!
