Clean and organized. Friendly service. Lumberyard is different, be nice if you wouldn't let customers park on the corner and leave vehicle in the way.

All of the associates that assisted us were exceptional especially Kirk in flooring. Without being asked he loaded it up on a flatbed and also loaded it in our vehicle. He was very friendly and helpful. Store was very clean and orderly. Will be visiting this store again.

The store employees were very helpful and friendly. When I walked through the door a employee was right there to assist me...that was nice.

I had to load a very heavy toilet in my vehicle alone. Help was never offered.

The store is always very clean. I have experienced helpful associates always going out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. Some of the associates also recognize me or my wife and make an effort to greet us with friendliness, a BIG SMILE and wanting to help. We always shop at HOME DEPOT when in Three Rivers, Michigan and have made major home improvements and large appliance purchases throughout the years. The HOME DEPOT store has great lighting, adequate stock of common goods and also has a smell of freshness unlike their competition that has an odor of damp treated wood. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The store was clean and prices were clearly visible. Associates were very helpful, one young man went and got me a shopping cart and one was very helpful in directing me in the right direction of things I was looking for. Very helpful.

Purchased a floor sample Christmas tree. The Garden Mgr, Brett, was kind enough to share with us that this particular tree needed to be shared with an I Phone. My husband recently purchased an I Phone, so we went ahead with the purchase. A Users Manual was printed for us. I've contacted the Mfr. to obtain the replacement bulbs and amps that would have been included if not a floor sample. All in all, I was very satisfied with the service. Well worth the 25 mile drive.

Walked into the store, to look for a window blind. Was greeted immediately by Gary, who asked if I needed help. He took me right to blinds and helped me find what i needed! A great experience!

friendly store from the minute you walk through the door

One of our sons was seeking the help of a local store for his Eagle Scout Project. Our Three Rivers Home Depot went above the call of duty! After comparing prices from several local stores, only Home Depot offered my son a discount and guided help for all parts he needed to finish the project. My son knew he was on a limited budget...amazingly, as each purchase was rung up, a new associate would come up to 'adopt' that piece of material! My son was able to purchase his project parts for under a dollar! Our family prides itself in this memory and we feel Home Depot has helped our son learn more from their giving spirit and guidance than he could have learned elsewhere. Thank you to the Three Rivers Home Depot, our son attained Eagle Scout Rank on Dec 6, 2015.

Needed a simple hand-held multi tool for my grandson for Christmas; didn't have a clue where to look. Two different associates guided me to the area and provided a brief (but thorough) description, comparison and offered advice. Great Job.

This Home Depot is a lot friendlier and looks neater than the one in my town. (Sorry folks). Your people are right there asking if they can help you with friendly smile and they really know what they're talking about. You have a great staff and that's what makes a great store!

I was Completely Satisfied with the Quality and availability of the items I needed. The Associates were extremely helpful and alert to help me locate and recommend the best items to finish my project. Rachel in Hardware and the guys in Lumber were very helpful.

One of my favorite places to shop. Associates are friendly and well trained. They know where the stuff is and it's uses. There is one of the big green home improvement stores nearby with more floor space and a wider variety of items, but it is such a hassle to shop there. At this Home Depot I can drive into the lumber area, load what I need and check out at the exit. Very handy. I've also ordered on line with it pulled and ready for loading. I get a call from the department when it is ready for pick up, show up with the trailer and in a few minutes I'm loaded and on my way. Far easier and quicker than most lumber yards.

Just a quick trip to get window insulation and the Home Depot had what I needed. The price was right on and I found the insulation quickly letting me get on with my home project. The employee was helpful with finding my purchase.
