I really enjoy shopping that store. I drive across state line to shop there . We have to other home improvement stores as close in my state . Service is just much better . People that work there just more helpful.

Very nice and helpful staff. They were a lot nicer then the other Home Improvement centers employees. Made you feel appreciated for being their customer.

Everyone in this store is not only very knowledgeable in their specific area but also extremely personable. They are there because they love what they do, and it shows..

In today's world of the pandemic, the ability to drive through to select and pay for lumber in an open air environment, is fantastic. Not only that, it is gratifying to have retail staff use well fitting masks, correctly. You would think that is a no-brainer, but shopped at a competing store minutes before and the customer service person's mask not only dropped below their nose, but their mouth as well. Geesh.

08/21/2020 The Home Depot #2785; was exceptional clean and items stocked in every isle and there's always a salesperson awaiting to greet you.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at the Three Rivers Home Depot store. I went there after calling 3 Home Improvement type stores and this was the one that provided the most complete options for getting a refrigerator ordered and delivered with discounts as well.

This store is a little smaller than some of the other HD that I've visited so the inventory selection is not quite as diverse as it could be. It has improved over the past several years probably driven by the green competitor that moved in across the road. However the quality of the personnel and the drive through lumber yard makes it much more enjoyable and easier to do business with this Home Depot than any of the other home improvement stores that I can shop at.

The store is always clean and the people are customer friendly and very helpful. If I ever have a problem locating a product, all I need to do is ask and they are on top of it.

Associates were very helpful finding and showing details about different items throughout the store. They went the extra mile in being friendly and helpful.

Ok, I couldn't help but notice how well the employees all work together. I realize many employees are new, as I come to this store every 2 weeks, on average, and I know some of employees are seasonal. Still, I think it is great that home Depot hires a lot of employees. I've had negative experience s in feed stores in the area that are understaffed. Home Depot is, perhaps, a bit overstaffed, but I think that's great. By the way, where is your salvation army bell ringer? I thought you had one every year. Just saying. The cleaning products are like a candy store. Every sort of cleaning supply possible!! My Amish friend enjoyed her trip in this store also.

The Three Rivers, Michigan Home Depot Store is a terrific place to shop as it has the most knowledgeable friendly employees. Additionally, the store is well organized, immaculate,and clean as well as convenient. I highly recommend this store.
