I ordered kitchen cabinets and when delivered they were left in the yard. Upon unwrapping the skid of cabinets we found that some of the boxes were damaged, some of the cabinets look broken.

I have purchased, paint, flooring, yard equipment from the Three Rivers store. They have always been of great help. I appreciate that the assistants are mature and experienced. The store is clean, areas are well marked. When I shop, I am all about getting the task completed.

This is the fourth time we have purchased appliances at this store with very pleasing results They handle a wide selection and are very knowledgeable

Every employee I interfaced with in your store was very courteous and assisted me in any way I needed I sure appreciate it

Dealing with the staff at Home Depot in Three Rivers is always a pleasure. THE BEST!!!!!!!

I usually find Home Depot a pleasant experience. The Three Rivers staff frustrates me with their lack of knowledge on product location. One lady told me to go to aisle 76. There are not 76 aisles. This was after several minutes on her phone searching for ceiling hooks location

We purchased both a refrigerator and dryer. Delivery was great. Hooking up the exhaust vent was an issue. Taping the dryer exhaust hose to our dryer vent failed as the tape wouldn’t hold if the dryer was slid back, right now it’s only halfway back. To resolve this issue, we purchased a Home Depot wall installation. A simple 4 screw attachment. YOUR INSTALLATION CREW ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO INSTALL IT, ALTHOUGH WE HAD PAID FOR INSTALLATION. I have Parkinson’s and am physically unable to do it. We never had this issue with HOME DEPOT before. Our refrigerator came without hardware to level it. Whirlpool was of little assistance. The sales person at the Three River Mi tried without success. Now we have to find someone to properly install both appliances, a needless and additional cost to us. HOME DEPOT HAS BEEN BETTER THAN THIS!!!!!
